- Recount ghost stories and the history of Ottawa to customers in both English
and French on both walking and bus tours
-Provide customer service; answering emails, phones, selling and promoting
tickets and tours, as well as merchandise.
- Various administrative tasks.
-Create an unforgettable experience for tourists and locals.

costumers, selling golf balls for the range, selling merchandise, various cleaning and
