PAID PAID The customer already fully paid
the total balance. PART PART The customer is paying small amount monthly. SKIP AGENCY SKIP All the customer details are no longer working- need new details BP BPTP The customer did not comply to what he has committed. CB CB/CALL BACK We are directly in contact with the customer, but no agreement yet. NTA FIP The customer is financial incapacity or no means to pay. NCC NCC/NO CUSTOMER CONTACT We are in contact to the third- party e.g Customer family, friends, and customer colleagues. FV FIELD Subject for field visitation either to the customer home address or workplace. RNR WIP/WORKING IN PROGRESS First time to reach out to the customer, either thru call or email but no response yet. RTP RTP/REFUSE TO PAY The customer has no plans to pay and willing to face legal action. PTP PTP/PROMISE TO PAY The customer promise to pay (Date and amount should be provided) EXPIRED/DECEASED EXPIRED/DECEASED The customer already passed away (Death Certificate should be provided) WDS/BACK TO BANK WDS We are requesting to the bank to pull out the case.
