Quick Guide

Electronic Student Permit Checking

*Note: YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AVAILABLE ONLINE OR IN PERSON FOR THIS APPOINTMENT*

A status update will be provided via email to the email address associated with your Verified
profile within two business days of your ESPC appointment

Steps Item/Task Description


1 Log In ● Log into your Verified accountusing the credentials emailed to you
● Review the User Guides available in the “Important Forms” page for
information regarding this process

2 Document ● Please ensure:


Identification o Your NAME IS ON EVERY DOCUMENT that you upload on
Verified
o If you are uploading a VSS/POLICE CHECK, make sure the
SEAL IS VISIBLE, and the DOCUMENT IS NOT CUT OFF in
any manner

3 Document Upload ● Select the “Document Uploads” page on Verified


● Click the “Upload Documents” button next to the requirement
NOTE: There is no category you wish to upload a document to
way to delete a ● A File Manager window will pop up. You can click/drag and drop to
document once you upload your documents

● Once the file is selected, please click “Upload”
● Your Documents MUST be uploaded prior to your appointment date,
or a “No-Show” fee will be applied to your account

4 Book an ESPC ● Go to the “Scheduler” page on Verified


appointment ● Select the Service and Date and click “Next”
o Review the Terms and select the checkboxes
o Enter your payment information
o Select “Book Appointment” to confirm your purchase.

5 ESPC Status ● A status update will be provided via email to the email address
associated with your Verified accountwithin two business days of your
ESPC appointment
