    BUDGET MESSAGE
    The Honourable Members of the Sangguniang Barangay Culandanum, Bataraza,
    Palawan.

    The Local Government Code 1991, authorizes every local government unit to undertake
    activities and initiative every means to augment its local revenue. The Local Government of
    Barangay Culandanum, Bataraza, Palawan working forces have been performing their best to
    devise plants and programs that added to Local Revenue Collection. These schemes however,
    will not be possible without the support and approved of the honorable members of the
    Sangguniang Barangay of which positive legislative action resulted to the different offices of the
    Local Government Unit.

    In this light therefore, I am submitting Supplemental Budget No.01 CY 2020 for this will
    enable to perform even better as it will provide the much-needed additional Budget of the
    respective office’s personnel complementation development project,

    Honorable members of the august body, with your continuous support, I believe that the
    Barangay Culandanum, Bataraza, Palawan will soar even higher for the year to come.
