This document describes the design and development of an Android-based wireless system to monitor heart rate and body temperature remotely. The system uses sensors to detect these vital signs from a patient's body and transmits the data via Bluetooth to an Android phone app and LCD display. It is accurate to within 0.4°C for temperature and 4 bpm for heart rate compared to conventional methods. The low-cost portable system allows for remote patient monitoring, improving healthcare access and efficiency.
