GUL REHMAN: Pakistan Day 23rd March, is a very historical day in Pakistan's building story.

Pakistanis immortalize the day every year as a actual day of the "making of Pakistan". It was

23rd March when a historical Resolution -wide known as 'Lahore Resolution' - was authorized.

The Resolution cast off the conception of United India and encouraged the creation of an

autonomous Muslim state consisting of Punjab, NWFP, Sindh and Baluchistan in the northwest,

and Bengal and Assam in the northeast

ZAINAB: 23rd March holds a key role in independence of Pakistan. A resolution was

envisioned and passed by forefathers of Pakistan, led by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah

himself. The dream of Pakistan perceived by Allama Muhammad Iqbal was transformed into a

resolution on 23rd March, 1940, and after seven years of restless efforts, out dear country came

into existence due to the hard work of great leaders. In order to remember our history and to

acknowledge the efforts done by our great leaders, it is of utmost importance that such historical

days must be celebrated.

Therefore, we are celebrating 23rd March in a grandeur fashion, arranging debates, national

songs, and photography competitions.

GUL REHMAN: The function is now starting by welcoming the esteemed vice chancellor,

prestigious faculty members, benevolent teachers, and my dear fellows. ASSLAM-U-ALIKUM!

“And He is with you wherever you may be,”

Yes, the moment has come for something that must happen before beginning. As Muslims, we

always begin our gatherings by praising the Almighty Allah and reading from the Qur’an.

Therefore, we would want to ask _________ for the Holy Book to be read aloud.

ZAINAB:

Muhammad mojza hai wo, k jis main shak ni hota

Muhammad noor kab hoty agr say ani hota

Khuda ka nam lyny sy muammy hal ni hoty

Khuda uska nahi hai, jo Muhammad ka ni hota

Ab mai natt e rasool e Maqbool k liye dawat dena chahu gi __________ ko.

GUL REHMAN: JAZAKALLAH

Everyone may enjoy freedom. It cannot see forms or colors. We must now create a new future

that is based on love and understanding because we have had enough of hatred and bloodshed.

The National Anthem is absolutely necessary to the celebration of Independence Day. We would

thus like to welcome and his group to the National Anthem. You must join us in singing the

national anthem as well.

(AFTER NATIONAL ANTHEM)

ZAINAB: Thank you everybody for singing along to our national anthem.

Utho meri dunia k gareebon ko jaga do,

Kaakh-e-Amraa k dar-o-deewar hila do,

Jis khait se dehkaan ko muyyasir na ho rozi,

Us khait k har khosha-e-gandum ko jala do.

Now, some of the students are coming one by one to share their thoughts on topics PAKISTAN
