- INTRODUCTION LARA
With the modernization of technology, there are a plethora of quick and dependable
research options. The library, on the other hand, continues to play an important role in
the lives of students and researchers. The library is still regarded as the most
trustworthy source of information.
(Read the context of the PowerPoint) so this study a wblms with sms notification
on controls all the library operation in a systematic way from single point of
access. It helps also in keeping records of all the library resources like books,
catalogs, journals, eBooks, newspaper etc. Library management system can help
libraries with their data management process it automates many of the task that
are usually done by a librarian. And the most important part is that it not only
improves data accuracy but also optimizes work flows for staff members. Also,
this system provides a sms notification to users when it is time to return a book to
the library. Once the users reach a due date the admin will send a notifications to
the user.

- SCOPE MAYENG
At this point I’m going to present our scope and limitations. This will be developed to
assist librarians in maintaining student and book records. The system will be able to
track the process of borrowing and returning books, and SMS will be used to
communicate the students' responsibilities.
This is scope of proposed system.
The admin can create an account, do inventory, transactions, create reports, see user
records, and generate SMS notifications. Meanwhile, the user can only make an
account, make transactions, view their information, and receive SMS notifications.
Limitations of the project
However, the following are not covered by this project:
Another user can view/access other users' profile.
Nonsense messages from the user.
Students who are not enrolled in institutions.

- SIGNIFICANCE - LARA
The system uses computer technology to reduce time spent and errors associated with
the identification and verification of library reading materials, as well as charging-in and
charging-out. The library will be kept organized because the system includes an access
catalog, and library collections will be found quickly if they are present on the shelf.
Whether the book or another form of reading material is used.

E-Library System
According to Sameh Khanim and Falah Ahmed (2018), this study is aimed at
developing a portable system called the UMLNS-SMS (University of Malaya e-library
Notification System) using SMS technology. The survey findings clearly show that there
are several weaknesses in the existing e-mail notification system. Quite a large number
of students (i.e., 72%) do face problems as regards the return of books, they borrowed
from the library even though there is an e-mail notification system. Many users (61%)
did not receive notifications on overdue books and information on the arrival of new
books. These problems need to be addressed quickly and therefore a notification
system based on both e-mails and SMS would be able to resolve this situation. Thus,
the first objective has been achieved.
- CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK – ALEX
The concept of this study is the IPO model. It contains all the tools and
knowledge needed for the process itself. So, it demonstrates the step taken to
analyze the performance level of the current and proposed library system. The
input consists of the system specifications applied by web-based to support
additional functionality for the suggested system. Additionally, the performance
and acceptability of the current and proposed library system are discussed. A
web-based library management system will be enhanced by applying data mining
techniques after input is process through gathering data, analysis, and result
interpretation to compare the proposed system to the existing system web-based
library management system become hassle-free, user-friendly, and data-based
technology as a result.
