This document is a daily lesson log from Mabilao National High School for a 12th grade Community Engagement, Solidarity and Citizenship class. Over the course of a week, the teacher led lessons and activities to help students understand the value of community action and their duties and obligations as citizens. Lessons included video presentations, group discussions, interviews and a "Balloon Frenzy" game to analyze the impact of community projects. Students also practiced public speaking, critical thinking and recalling information. The goal was for students to recognize the importance of collaboration in the community and apply citizenship towards growth.
