1. If you were to make a critique on the process made by Lorna and her group mates to start
their research paper, what would it be?
 Being a good researcher should adopt a critical way of thinking when she knows that
she wants to interview the general manager she should submit a letter to the general
manager way of presenting her during the visit. and Lorna should have specific
people to be interviewed that related to their studies.
2. What can you suggest for them to improve how they start their research paper correctly?
 Well, a researcher should gather more data about the company so that we can identify
their goals and objectives, gather more data to allow and measures the effectiveness
of a strategy of the company, and not stick to just one problem about the company.
and lastly, as a researcher, we should know our main goals for our research in order to
achieve our goals.

 The Company has been the target of Lorna and her groupmates to gather information
for their research. Because of the absence of the general manager, the human resource
manager mentioned some personnel-related problems such as absenteeism, tardiness,
and lack of motivation. And he also happened to meet her former schoolmate that
mentioned the pressing problem of the company is the quality of the products because
5% of the product cement does not conform to the standards.
