    Daily Narrative Report

    May 08, 2023

    We arrived at 7:02 a.m. and started cleaning the area of the Umok
    ti Sirib that we will be building. We did some cleaning activities on
    the second floor of our multi-purpose hall of the community. We also
    clean the books that we will be placing.

    Moreover, we started to do the solicitation to respective


    households. We made a solicitation letter and went to different
    streets in our community. The money collected was used for the
    procurement of different textbooks and reading materials that will be
    needed in our knowledge center. We started designing and fixing our
    knowledge center. Moreover, we spent the remaining money on
    purchasing beverages for the outreach program for our culminating
    activity on Thursday at Pacac, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.

    May 09, 2023

    We arrived at 7:10 and we continued to do the knowledge center.


    Since there were only few things to do in our knowledge center, we
    finished it very quickly.

    Moreover, we started to manage and make the research capstone and


    our PowerPoint presentation. We’re also able to validate our action
    plan for it to be publicized in the culminating program. We finished
    it on time and we went home at 4:50 in the afternoon.

    May 10, 2023

    We arrived at 7:05 in the morning and started community service.


    We did a clean-up drive from the multipurpose hall to covered court.
    We picked and cleaned the scattered plastics, and biodegradable ones.
    There were many pieces of plastic on the sideways of roads. However,
    we are able to clean it up. The trash bin was full of waste. We
    finished it very quickly.

    Moreover, we went to Pacac to do some planning for our


    culminating activity. Unfortunately, we are not able to plan it
    properly due to some reasons from the other strands. So, we did the
    planning in our group chat.

    Daily Narrative Report

    May 11, 2023

    We went to Pacac and I arrived at 7:15 in the morning and did the
    assigned activities based on the guidelines of community-based work
    immersion. I was the one to do the introduction of the program, the
    team leader of STEM in cluster 4, and participate and cooperate in the
    said activity. Moreover, I interacted with day-care students and play
    with them. We were able to finish it before the given end time and
    went home.

    I started making narrative report and manage the documents needed


    in the portfolio. We are able to sign our evaluation form,
    certification, daily time record, and the daily narrative report.
