Project time Management: Project 1(Table 1) and Project 2 (Table2)

Project Management time is one of important part for a project manager to involves the processes required to make sure timely completion of
a project (Kathy Schwalbe,2011). First activity that should be done is identifying the specific activities. After activities identified, then a project
manager should make sequencing activities to show the relationship between project activities. In this step, one of technique that could be used
is network diagram. AOA or Activity on Arrow is an approach that used in this network diagram technique. According to Kathy Schwalbe, AOA
is a network diagramming technique in which activities are represented by arrows and connected at points called nodes to illustrate the
sequence of activities. A node is simply the starting and ending point of an activity. Such as node 1 in table 1 and 2 signifies the start of project,
and node 8 and 9 in table 2 signifies the end of the project. In Project management time, a project manager also develops the schedule of the
project. A Gantt Chart is a common tool for display project schedule information. When estimate activity duration, an usual network
diagramming technique used to predict total project duration is Critical Path analysis. Critical path in that AOA above shows the longest path
through the network diagram and has the least amount of slack or float. Slack or flat is the amount of time an activity may be delayed without
delaying succeeding activity or the project finish date.
