2. Dimensions of work pieces can be modified by respective colleges.

1 Make a pipe fitting connections as per the drawing given below for a 50mm dia (100)
PVC pipe.

2 Prepare the water line connection to the tap as shown in the Figure from the main water (100)
line using GI pipes, GI reducers, valves and clamps.

3. Prepare the GI / PVC Pipe joint by using the given pipes and fittings as per the (100)
diagram given below.

4. Prepare the water line connection to wash basin as shown in the sketch using plumbing (100)
components like pipes, elbows, reducers, gate valves.

5 Prepare the water line connection to the tap as shown in the figure from the main water (100)
line using PVC pipes, PVC reducers, valves and clamps.

6 Prepare threads on the GI pipe using threading die, pipe vice and prepare the plumbing (100)
connection as shown in the Figure

7 Prepare a layout and pipe line connection using GI pipe to geyser (water heater) from (100)
the water source line.

8 Prepare a model of metallic pipe layout for water supply in a house from the (100)
given service connection.
9 Make the pipe fitting connections as per the drawing given below for a 50mm (100)
diameter GI pipe.
