CONTRACT OF SERVICE

SUCCESS FEES OTHER charges for Case of Syndicated Estafa under Article 315, paragraph 1(b) of the Revised Penal Code.
ENGAGEMENT PROPOSAL and SCHEDULE OF FEES
The COUNSEL’s services shall include the following:
1. Examination of various documents, research and study of laws and jurisprudence, and rendering legal advices relevant to the above-captioned matter;
2. Preparation, drafting, processing and filing of relative documents for
compliance with court of jurisdiction;
3. Meetings/conferences with the client, its representatives or other persons in
connection with the case; and
4. Administrative follow-ups and close monitoring for compliance.
The schedules of fees for the said services are as follows:
1. Acceptance Fee – Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php300,000.00) which shall be paid upon engagement to this contract; 2. Appearance Fee – Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP10,000.00) per appearance/representation to be paid every after submission or proceeding before the court which has jurisdiction;
3. Pleading Fee – Fifteen Thousand Pesos (PhP15,000.00) for the initiatory
pleading (i.e., complaint) and Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP10,000.00) per pleading for the succeeding submissions (i.e. affidavits, motions, and other pleadings, if necessary) to be paid prior to the filing or submission of such pleading or motion (If applicable); and
4. Success Fee – half of acceptance fee.
5. Consultations - half of appearance fee such as meetings or conferences,
whether virtual or in person.
All filing fees/government dues to be paid to clerk of courts and Related agencies shall be for the account of the CLIENT.
