requirements. Our company has the capability of providing Pre-medical Employment examinations, Executive Check-
up, Mobile Annual Physical Examinations (APE) as well as other Diagnostic Procedures that you may require. Our
team is composed of medical practitioners who are experts in various specialties and highly trained technical staff
in the field of Radiology (X-ray), Laboratory and other services.

Commuserv Diagnostic Services initially offers the following for you and your company:

Basic 3 Php 320.


• Routine Urinalysis
• Routine Fecalysis
• Chest X-Ray

• Mobile x-ray truck is a top of the line with its COVID-19 booth at the back and the entire truck
has a Negative pressure and Ultra violet lightning inside to make sure that it is free of Viruses
and Bacteria.
• A soft copy of the Medical result with initial findings shall be made available within seven (7)
days after the examination sent via e-mail. However, hard copy of the Medical result will be
delivered to the company after 15-30 working days, depending on the number of the employees.
• A 50% down payment before the annual physical examination date and the other 50% will be
paid within 7 days after the delivery of the hard copy.
