The document describes a proposed hospital management system that aims to streamline and automate processes like patient care, billing, and inventory management. The existing system has issues like high costs, lack of technology familiarity, and security/power issues. The proposed system aims to minimize costs, educate staff on technology, secure systems, protect from viruses, and have backup power. It would have modules for administration, patients, doctors, pharmacists, and pathology. The system would require software like Java, databases like Oracle, and hardware like processors and RAM. Implementing such a system could significantly improve healthcare efficiency and effectiveness.

to streamline and automate the various processes
involved in managing a healthcare facility,
including patient care, administrative tasks,
inventory management, billing, and more. The
system is designed to enhance the quality of
healthcare services and improve operational
efficiency, while also reducing costs and
minimizing errors.
EXISTING SYSTEM
. Enormous start up costs
. Nurses and doctors are unfamiliarity with
technology
. Hackers may ultimately be able to penetrate
system despite security precautions
. System is attacked by computer viruses
. Power failure

PROPOSED SYSTEM
.Minimize the cost
.Educate the nurses and doctors about the
changing technology
.Securing the systems with strong passwords
.Protecting computers from viruses
.Having a proper and backup for power failure

MODULES
1) Admin module
2) Patient module
3) Doctor module
4) Pharmacist module
5) Pathology module

ADMIN MODULE
-There are two modules in admin:
1) Doctor
.The role of the admin in this is to register a doctor (if newly
joined)
.And delete a doctor (if left the hospital)
2) Department
.Pathology
.Pharmacist
3) Patient
.Register a patient
.Book appointment for the patient

PATIENT MODULE
.Registration of the patient
.Booking an appointment for him/herself
.Rise the health issue about the problem
.Receive the prescription and the
records .Collection of medicines from the
pharmacists

DOCTOR MODULE
.Register in the hospital if a new doctor OR
log in if an existing doctors
.Checking the patient
.Prescribing the medicine to the patient
.Making record of the patient and his
problems

PHARMACIST MODULE
.Registration through admin
.Selling the prescribed medicines to the
patient
