Introduction
Subodh is an experienced General Manager with more than 18+ years of experience in consulting, Project & Delivery
Management, Onshore-Offshore engagements, Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Presales along
with designing, developing and delivering viable business solutions using different technologies. I have very well lead and
deliver a number of high-profile BFSI projects-implementation, Upgrade and My experience has encompassed a wide range of

management, developing entire Data Centre for middle and large BFSI organization. Subodh has worked with stake holders in

Orpak India and WheelsEMI). Overall managed day-to-day activities of BFSI program delivery management plan, provided

WheelsEMI has emerged as the pioneer in financing pre-owned Two Wheelers and after adding New two-wheeler
finance in its product gamut, it has become a two-wheeler finance specialist in the country.
Today, they have over 3,00,000 customers across India; and have successfully disbursed loans more than INR 1000+
crores.
Currently, WheelsEMI are operational across 200+ Cities which include major Metros such as Pune, Bangalore, Chennai,
Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Jaipur, Mumbai & Delhi.
Project and Responsibility:
1. RBI Audit and Compliances: 500+ Crore NBFC
As a CISO I am responsible for information security deployment across the organization. We have approx. 40+ Physical
branch/RO/HO/BCP/DC/DR/BPOs and information security and DLP will be handled by me and my team. It includes
cloud based AV -Sophos InterceptX , UTM Firewall Fortigate/Forti Cloud.

5. Data Centre Management:
AWS Infrastructure Migration: Our cloud strategy included both, the migration of our existing legacy systems as well as
building new cloud-native Microservices platform.
For the migration of our existing on-premise legacy systems, we have determined what should be in our target
environment and the migration strategy for each application.
The Cloud infrastructure is built on Servers, SAN and VM. Architecture and Design of Cloud Infrastructure is deployed
largely similar infrastructure in order to facilitate Cloud deployments and scalability based on business requirement. I
am responsible for Up and running of 50+ VMs over private cloud.

As a start-up growing organization, as a CIO, we need to plan implement and execute required infrastructure in agile
method.
