    Our students are


    put in study groups within their cohort to build leadership and collaboration
    skills. What are five things you would like your study group to know about
    you? 

    I am very much committed and interested in Management & policy areas such
    as laws, rules and regulations, judgements and case studies pertaining to the
    government programmes. This is since being a law graduate and a current policy
    implementor on behalf of the government it is important for me to get a clear
    understanding in Management & related areas which this course would help me to
    achieve. I have excellent writing and analytical skills, am intellectually very curious
    and have a craving for learning. I am self-motivated, energetic and have immense
    persistence regarding the task to be achieved. I am very responsive to creative
    feedback and have independence of thought and action in my ideas.

    2. I can work very well and effectively in groups as I am intellectually very curious
    and have a self-created crave for learning. I carry immense persistence regarding
    the task to be achieved and a good understanding of working in a team for the
    effective implementation of the objectives of the organization. I would benefit from
    the program as the modules taught would prepare me to be a good leader, work in
    groups and assume major managerial positions in the future. I am in a very good
    position in order to assume major managerial responsibilities, as I am already in a
    mid-managerial position in my organization and have put in 14 years with the
    Government of India. I am a good team leader, lead by example, is self-motivated
    and energetic and I am sure I have the necessary behavioural and leadership skills
    to assume major managerial positions. I am very comfortable in assuming leadership
    positions in the cohort and the organization as team play comes naturally to me, I
    love to motivate my team with behavioural and non-behavioural factors so that the
    organizational goal is always within the target sights of the members of my team.
    Collaboration skills also come very easily to me as I love communicating with my
    teammates on a regular basis and asking for their views about any organizational
    update/decision made therein.
