Action Plan
Program Need/Interest: There is a need to improve job satisfaction, and decrease
exhaustion. Therefore, this program aims to assist individuals in establishing
healthy habits that will support in sustaining weight loss and improve vigor.

Mission: Provide teachers with necessary resources to lower their BMI (Body
Mass Index).

Goals: Replenish teachers’ energy by providing resources to lower their BMI thus
establishing healthy habits.
