1. Brief Introduction : Software development is the process of creating and

maintaining the various components of software, including applications and
frameworks. This process takes the software from its original conception as an idea to
its final manifestation, usually in a planned, structure manner. Software development
may include many specific activities such as gathering requirements, prototyping,
modification, testing and maintenance. Software is often developed separately from
hardware and other applications, as occurs with system software. However, the
development of embedded software such as that used to control consumer products,
involves integrating the development of the software with that of the associated
product.

The reasons for developing commercial software may be generally classified in the
categories of meeting a specific need for a particular client or meeting the general
needs of a potential user base. In the case of meeting a specific need, a software
developer creates custom software according to the specifications of its client. For
meeting general needs, a developer must first identify the software’s user base and
determine their requirements. The increasing need for quality control in software
development has resulted in the evolution of software engineering as a discipline,
which attempts to take a systematic approach towards improving software quality.

Execution Summary :
Software developers often provide a variety of specific services depending on their areas of
specialization. This typically includes the development of custom software when COTS
software is unable to meet the user’s requirements. Some of these services deal specifically
with developing code on various platforms such as desktops, cloud platforms and mobile
devices.
Clients may also require a software developer to use a particular methodology or set of tools
to create their applications. These constraints may be mandated by the client’s own policies
or other sources such as the end user, industry best practices or government regulations.
Other services like QA deal with completed applications that have already been developed
by the client or a third party. In these cases, the client often needs an independent party to
verify the completed work.

Store Description :
It is a private limited corporation registered in the state of Maharashtra. The company is
owned by a group of people.
The Corporation will be establishing its branches in one of the busy section of Mumbai, an
outlying suburb of Mumbai city. This area is well known for its upscale residents and high
quality establishments. Our facility is a former 12000 square ft. store which allows the
corporation to have separate departments.

Market Analysis Summary :

We are in the IT industry. So, we have to be always aware of the latest trends and
technologies with that in mind. Software became one of the basic human amenities. And no
matter what happens in the world there will always be need of software.
Therefore, this is a very profitable industry. With the Indian people always having disposable
income, there’s a good market for us. Another trend we hope to take advantage of in the
market is that fact that many businesses are growing rapidly and need website or app to
grow exponentially.

Strategy and Implementation Summary:

Our IT services will have competitive edge by providing the lower prices and quality services
we will charge our customers and the dominant selection above what our used rivals can
offer. This is based on management's industry knowledge, greater capitalization and
excellent location. One of the most critical element of our corporation success will be its
marketing and advertising. In order to capture attention and sales our company will use
prominent signs at the store locations, billboards, media bites on local news, and radio
advertisements to capture customers.
We expect an average 4.5% increase in sales during the first three years as we establish
ourselves in the community. After that we assume a much higher average growth of
between 10%-15% growth over the next five years with growth then tapering off to the
industry average of 2.5% from year to year. These figures may seem very high, but
considering the level of initial sales and the growth possibilities, management actually
considers this to be conservative.

Competitive Edge:
We stock everything, so this gives us a competitive advantage over others. As whenever a
customer consults with us , he/she will be able to get variety of software services.
The company's competitive edge will be the lower prices we will charge our customers and
the larger selection we can offer through our company, free support for 1 year program, and
leveraging management excellent supplier contacts as stated before, in the our industry,
low cost and dominate selection are the two success criteria. We plan to create these
advantages in a new comforting environment that will retain customers.

Marketing Strategy:
One of the most critical elements of our IT Corp. success will be its marketing and
advertising. In order to capture attention and sales our company will use prominent signs at

These sales figures are based on a conglomerate of commuter and walk-by traffic
established by the Loeman/Twin Towers Mall management and with an average $5.00
purchase amount conforming to industry averages. The target profit margin was defined as
an average net profit of all merchandise. As retained earnings increase, a debt retirement
find will be established to encourage early repayment, thus relieving interest expense, Also,
a cash basis for purchases will be used to avoid incurring liabilities.

Management Summary :
As stated earlier, IT Corp. will be an Private Limited company owned by Group. We are
looking to expand into the India, and the whole of Asia. We shall be starting with India first.
We shall be needing $100 million to finance this expansion process into Asia. We have $50
million already and we are looking to raise the rest from the bank. Over that time group has
established excellent contacts in the shoes/footwear acquisition industry and plans to
leverage these contacts in his new business.

Personal Plan:
Initially the company will have a small staff including upper management and sales
personnel. We expect to expand our personnel and extend our hours once we begin to
make a profit.
The management team include: -
Peter Parker, a British native who specialises in import-export with Asian countries who has
a Bachelor degree in Economics at the Capital University of Economics and Business in
Beijing, China and a double degree in International Management at ESC Clermont.
- Louis Genillier who has a Bachelor degree in International Management at ESC
Clermont. He excels at marketing and communication. He has been used to design posters
or different events and creating logos. That will help us for the future marketing campaign
we will have to implement. He will be in direct relation with the employee working on our
website.
- Mathilda Kreutzer who also has a Bachelor degree in International Management in
the same school. She had the idea for this business being a wrestler herself. She acquired
the skills to manage her team and had the knowledge of the market. It is an asset to contact
the strategic places and target the corresponding costumers.
Additionally, there is still the idea of working with Company, with its boss, who explained us
what could be the best solution for a company like ours, which just started, and how to
avoid too many costs and still being present on the Internet and being able to resell our
products there.

Financial Plan:
We are looking to expand into the India, and the whole of Asia. We shall be starting with
India first. We shall be needing $100 million to finance this expansion process into Asia. We
have $50 million already and we are looking to raise the rest from the bank.

Projected Profit and Loss:

Concerning the market survey expenses, it is something we had to pay to get the results of
the market survey shown in this report. We decided to put it in the expenses of the year
2021 when the business will be starting. About the loan, we will only start to contract the
costs in 2022 because we will probably not need the website in the beginning of 2021 and
so we will contact a bank for the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022 when we will start to
go abroad. The sales and communication expenses are the annual cost for the maintenance
of the website. Here are the forecasted income statement for the five next years :

We did not have planned any rent or insurance expenses for the moment.Concerning the
wages, we do not have to hire anyone to manage the websites. Any member of our
management team can answer the emails and take care of the orders (Stefany will probably
the one in charge because she is the sales representative of the team), the bank transfers
will be dealt by Mathilda because of her financial background.
