Section A: Read and Speak – to measure your fluency, pronunciation, active listening, and spoken English understanding.

In this section, speak the sentence displayed on the screen. The test will automatically move ahead after you speak each

Section B: Listen and Repeat– to measure your fluency, pronunciation, active listening, and spoken English understanding.

In this section, listen and repeat the sentence that you hear. Each sentence will be played one time only. The test will
automatically move ahead after you repeat each sentence. You may also click on SUBMIT ANSWER to move ahead.

Section C: Listening Comprehension – to measure your fluency, pronunciation, active listening, and spoken English
understanding.

In this section, you will hear a conversation followed by a set of questions. Each conversation will be played one time only.
You may take notes as you listen. Each question has multiple answer options, and you must choose the correct answer.

“Hello Tina. This is a good time to talk?”

“Hi Mark! Yes, we can talk. How are you?”

“I am fine, but we are totally disappointed with the software your team developed. We’ve got another bug. This is the 3rd bug this
week. These things are badly affecting our workflow.”

“Oh! Could you please tell me what this latest bug is?”

“With students registered for online courses, they are unable to select their educational qualification from the dropdown list. The
field is captured as No in every registration. This makes it impossible to ship the correct reading material to them.”

“I am really sorry Mark. My technical team will check this.”

“I don’t think you’ve tested the application thoroughly at all. This is really bad quality.”

“I understand your frustration, Mark. I will ensure that you don’t face any issues with the software.”

“Please set this right immediately and keep me updated.”

“Of course, Mark. I will keep the bug fixed and will keep you informed of the progress.”
Section C: Listening Comprehension – to measure your fluency, pronunciation, active listening, and spoken English
understanding.

In this section, you will hear a conversation followed by a set of questions. Each conversation will be played one time only.

Section D: Free Speech– to measure your fluency, pronunciation, active listening, and spoken English understanding.

In this section, you will be provided with a topic. You will have 30 seconds to think about the topic and 45 seconds to
speak about it. You may take notes during preparation in order to structure your thoughts. Begin speaking on the topic
when you see the message SPEAK NOW on the screen.

Follow PREP:
P – Point – “My stay at the resort was wonderful.”
R – Reason – “Because I had quality time with my family and friends.”
E – Explain – “We had barbeque and made bonfire.”
P – Point – “That is why my stay at the resort was wonderful.”
Section E: Typing Test – to measure your accuracy and efficiency on typing.

In this section, you need to type the given paragraph EXACTLY as shown in the space
provided.
Section F: Personality Test
