Multisim - Software Install

This document shows students how to install Multisim on their student laptops.

1. Use the following link to download the software (you must use RMIT google
account):

2. In the link provided by your instructors, select "Download".

3. The download will begin. You will see the process of the download in the
bottom left corner. Select the download in the bottom and it will run after the
download completes.

4. The NI Package Manager installer will begin. Agree to the terms and then click
"Next".

5. Select "Next".

6. Select "Next".

7. The software will begin installing.

8. Once it completes, another installer will begin that looks visually similar. Agree
to the terms and select "Next".

9. Select "Next".

10. The software will begin installing.

11. When prompted with the NI Update Service window select "Yes".

12. A NI Licensing Wizard will open. After a moment, a log window will pop up as
well. Select Create account

13. Fill in all information

14. Log in using your account and password

15. Enter the Serial number (H12X00014), then click Activate to complete the activation

16. Select "Next" to launch the Multisim
