    2. TDPO: Discovered at around 7:00 in the morning of March 1,2023,


    at Ms. Mylene Valdez boarding house situated 123 Yuseco St,
    Tondo, Manila 1008 Metro Manila.

    VICTIM: Mylene Valdez, 24 years of age, Call Center Agent, Married,


    residing at 123 Yuseco St, Tondo, Manila 1008 Metro Manila.
    STOLEN ITEMS: LAPTOP AND CELLPHONE DEVICE estimated value
    around Sixty-three thousand pesos (P 63,000.00)
    WITNESS: Jonathan Rabe, 24 years of age, Fast food Crew, Single,
    residing at the boarding house at 123 Yuseco St, Tondo, Manila 1008 Metro
    Manila.
    PERSON OF INTEREST: Jake Neil Yamzon, 21 years of age, College
    Student, Single, residing at the boarding house at 123 Yuseco St, Tondo,
    Manila 1008 Metro Manila.

    3. FACTS OF THE CASE

    At about 9:00am the station received a phone call from the above- name
    victim regarding the above captioned case. Mylene Valdez stated that she was
    preparing for work around 6:00am and left her bag, containing the missing items
    mentioned above, on a chair near the door. As Mylene Valdez took a shower, she
    acknowledged that she was not assured that she fully closed the door after having a
    conversation with her neighbor and a friend named Jonathan Rabe. As Jonathan
    Rabe stated that, the moment he left the front door of Mylene Valdez after having a
    friendly conversation, he bumped into their neighbor, Jake Neil Yamzon.

    4. OTHER FACTS
    On February 28, 2023 Ms. Valdez came home to her boarding from work and
    she saw Jake Neil Yamzon trying to unlock the door of her boarding house. Jake
    Neil Yamzon was also seen by Jonathan Rabe peeking at Ms. Valdez’s boarding
    house on February 26, 2023.
