    OCTOBER / NOVEMBER 2023 - PRIVATE CANDIDATES

    1. Online Entries
    Prospective candidates should make their entries online from Monday 03 to Friday 07 April 2023 and late
    entries on Tuesday 02 to Thursday 04 May 2023 by accessing the MES website (mes.govmu.org) as follows:
    ● Type the address http://mes.govmu.org to access the MES website.
    ● Go to the Top menu on the Home page displayed.
    ● Select E-Services
    Click on the link Cambridge GCE October/November 2023 – Entries for private candidates
    2. Online Application
    Candidates submitting applications online should submit a valid email address to receive a notification entry.

    3. List of Subjects and Syllabuses


    Candidates are advised to consult the list of subjects available and their corresponding syllabuses from the MES
    website as follows:
    a) Subjects

    5. Candidates are requested to effect payment by Bank Transfer, Internet Banking, Office Cheque and SBM Mobile
    App or MCB Juice from Monday 03 to Friday 07 April 2023 and Tuesday 02 to Thursday 04 May 2023, solely
    on the MES account below:

    Important Note:
    For identification of candidate’s payment at MES, if payment is made:
    i by Bank, the candidate’s name must be mentioned on the Bank Deposit voucher or Bank Transfer form.
    ii through Internet Banking, SBM Mobile app or MCB Juice, the candidate’s name must be inserted in the
    remarks section of the transaction screen.
    6. Applicants who are under 18 years and who do not have the School Bus Pass should produce the following
    documents:
    i. The new A4 Birth Certificate (with NIC) and
    ii. two recent passport-size photographs bearing their name and signature and countersigned by one person
    who has known them personally for at least two years and who is either Member of the National Assembly,
    Medical Practitioner, Barrister-at-Law, Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public, Bank Manager, Principal of a
    recognized Educational Institution, Police Officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent or Officer
    in the Public Service not below the rank of Assistant Secretary.
    The person countersigning the photographs should give his/her own particulars as follows: Name, Designation,
    Signature
