Information Technology and how it is linked with Business:


Information technology helps to analyse data and for the planning of business journey
accordingly by using the trends of the information presented in the data. The use of IT
commercially can be by both computer technology and telecommunications. It has been said that
a large proportion of business operations is dependent on Information Technology.

Most Common IT Problems For Business:


1. POOR NETWROK SECURITY:
Network security is considered as one of the most critical parts of keeping the business safe by
avoiding the common IT problems that no network security could bring.Hackers don’t penetrate
when it comes on attacking your personal business files and data stored.
2. LACK OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
The employees just focus on less technical issues that can be overly complicated or
overwhelming to tackle on the day to day basis.
3. THE DOWNFALL OF OLD TECHNOLOGY:
Nothing can be worse than having old and the slow working IT systems fails and don’t have the
resources to fix them because they are out of date. The old devices can become vulnerable to
attack the cybercriminals and can be very harmful for the data storage. It can put both in danger
your personal device and personal information.
4. NO DATA BACKUP:
Due to some virus or other reasons an accidental deletion of data stored maybe lost this can
include your important data like data related to profits of the business and billings etc.
SOLUTIONS TO THESE PROBLEMS:
1. Make it sure that your employees are trained well in all security principles, all of the company
data is backed up and maintaining of the passwords.

2. Managed IT services monitors and their works on most complicated IT issues. Allowing the
employees to tackle new projects so that it can create new initiatives that can improve your
business operations.

3. Managed IT team can be an excellent resource for the company as they always looks for a new
and an updated technology.

4. Make sure that the all mobile users has the protection to their passwords to their devices and
change them regularly, encrypt their personal data, and install the security apps. This will help to
prevent hackers from stealing information while the mobile device is on public networks.

5. Employees should be given the access of the specific data that is important for them for their
specific jobs duties and should not install any other software with the consent or permission of
yours.
