Parents/Guardians’ Meeting is designed to convene the parents/guardians together with the advisers

of the grade 12 students so they can follow up their children’s academic progress before the end of

the last quarter and to verify if their children will be listed in the graduates list.

 This meeting/conference with parents was aimed to inform parents regarding the students’
OBJECTIVES
status and to give details about the upcoming graduation rites of their children.
HIGHLIGHTS
 The meeting was started at 9:00 o’clock by a prayer by Ms. Debie Marie Samijon, Gr12 CSS Adviser.
 The Gr12 Processing adviser, Maria Jenifer I. Dumandan gave the opening remarks and introduced the agenda
of the meeting.
 The School Principal, Ms. Leah Vanessa B. Aton discussed the agenda of the meeting. Below are the summary
result of the discussion that were agreed and approved by mass:
1. Be sure to follow up all the subject teachers of the students.
2. Date of Graduation: June 30, 2022 Morning at 9 AM, FACE TO FACE
3. Dress Code & Contribution: P150 for Sablay, P150 for Toga, and P100 for Class Project
4. Deadline for Payment: June 6-10, 2022 to be given to the advisers.
5. 1 company of each graduate will be allowed to attend the graduation rites.
6. What to wear: Sunday’s Dress and shoes/sandals, Polo or long sleeves and dark pants and shoes for
boys.
 The meeting was adjourned at 11:45 in the morning with a prayer by Maria Jenifer I. Dumandan, Grade 12
Processing Adviser.
