a. Name of Proposed Business: Creamy Coffee Halo-Halo

Halo-halo might sound like a common dessert and used countless times, so why not make

it exceptional? Creamy Coffee Halo-Halo is a food business with a unique twist of a flavor

that will surely enjoy a lot of people. It's a dessert for those people who want to find a

bizarre taste in their mouths. From the word coffee, coffee-lovers surely would be

interested to taste this. This contains the traditional halo-halo ingredients balanced with

creamy milk and coffee.

b. Type of Business (Product/ Service): Food Product - Partnership

Creamy Coffee Halo Halo is a partnership business wherein two or more people assist

themselves to produce this product. It's a partnership that involves allegiance or loyalty

to each other. Every contract needs their statement regarding their mutual interests.

Making Creamy Coffee Halo Halo requires people to assist the business such as: the

manager, the investor, employees and etc. In regard to profit, both parties would be

satisfied with each profit they've achieved according to the contract statement.

c. Objectives

• To be a successful brand in the local market, offering high-quality and delicious

yet different halo-halo that satisfies customers' taste buds and cravings.

• To increase the availability of Filipino desserts and so increase the influence of the

Filipino Culture to cater to a wider audience, such as tourists and visitors from

other regions or countries.

• To infuse innovation into Filipino desserts so that they can develop further and

continue by creating products that can emphasize the distinctive features of the

Filipino culture while adapting to new trends yet having that cultural identity.

• To support local Filipino farmers and suppliers by sourcing our ingredients from

them to promote their produce. This not only helps the local economy but also

promotes environmentally friendly, sustainable agricultural methods.

• Fair pay, benefits, and excellent working conditions are essential for ensuring staff

satisfaction in our business. We do this because we believe a healthy work

atmosphere can result in a team that is more productive, engaged, and loyal, all of

which are good qualities for both our business and as an individual.

they will try this combination of coffee and our Filipino traditional food which is halo-

halo during their vacation.

Creamy Coffee Halo-Halo is a unique dessert in a summer time and will certainly enjoy a

lot of people. It’s an innovative product that’s a refreshment and affordable to buy with

plentiful of ingredients. Along with the coffee, it will make even the taste buds satisfied

from the flavor added. The flavors are balanced well to not empower any ingredients. It

is also tested and approved with the help of a coffee lover.

The Creamy Coffee Halo-Halo is placed in a plastic cup with cover of a 16oz cup. The logo

of the food business will be placed in front of the cup so that customers will recognize the

business. It comes along with the spoon and tissue so customers will not struggle to find

a napkin. The coffee is measured well along with the evaporated milk; they’re mixed

together. All ingredients are proportioned by the taste and satisfaction of the group.

3. ¼ cup of evaporated milk

4. 1 scoop of shaved ice

5. 1 square of leche flan

The Halo-Halo Coffee contains 2 tsp of coffee powder, evaporated milk, shaved ice, leche

flan, and ube ice cream. The coffee and evaporated milk is mixed together to form a very

strong caffeine taste. This Halo-Halo is served with shaved ice with pinipig, leche flan and

ube ice cream as toppings.
