agent that the amount deposited by him at the time of registration with SpiceJet as a travel
agent shall be utilized by him during a period of one year from the date of such registration and
any unutilized amount can be forfeited immediately by SpiceJet after the said period of one
year and the undersigned travel will not make any claim whatsoever against the said amount
forfeited by SpiceJet. The information provided herein is true and correct.
