HUMAN RELATION IN ADMINISTRATION

1. Explain how the progression of human relation studies relate to today’s human
relations in your life?
Human relations help us more likely to grow both personally and professionally.
Through this, we are able to resolve conflicts, formulating good decisions and boost
cooperation towards success. My experiences and the type of environment I am exposed will
affect on how the way I interact with others. Something, Im a teacher most experiences I have
been throught is about how I handle my students in school, using strategies on how I relate to
my students, in which learning also takes place. Good communication to peers and parents
about their child’s performance in school and enhance the permance of the students. Positive
attitude towards working with my co-teachers also greatly affects on the way how I deal
situations to them, which shows significant impact in achieving good academic results.

2. Discuss your attitude and name four strategies you use to improve your attitude.

I have this attitude which is difficulty in organizing my thoughts. Once I have already
accomplished the goals that I wanted, I am already contended to it. Out of my mind, I can
still go beyond from it. I have low self-esteem when it comes to personal and professional
development thinking that it bothers my time in working.  To cope up from this negative
attitude, basically, I seeked for positive ways to view life even look better. Focusing on what
goal I have set is a mark that I have to work towards success.

3. Explain influencers of perception that impact your ability to relate to others.

Perception, in general concept, is awareness, comprehension or an understanding of


something. People differ according to its experiences. If one sees in different places and talks
about different things than the other, then they will each have a different behavior to which it
is base on their impressions. To every experience, each of us brings our own attitudes, our
prior experiences and our perceptions. Thus, what I have experienced and seen in my
surroundings will affect my perception towards things. My profession has influenced how I
see the real world as I go through in this field. This aids me relate on how teachers handles
situations in everyday bases, either in school, in community, or at home. Learning new things
is essential so as to improve myself professionally. Possessing optimism in dealing with
things that I can do, either I can’t, could be my major way as a mean to obtain improvement.
