1. Transaction Advisory - The company helps create social and economic value for
its clients by helping them make more informed decisions about strategically
managing capital and transactions.
2. Bid Process Management - The management of the bid process includes all the
formalities and rules followed in the bidding process. To manage the bidding
process in the highly competitive infrastructure sector, one needs professional
support by the expert who is familiar in this domain.
3. Demand Analysis - Demand analysis is a research done to estimate or find out the
customer demand for a product or service in a particular market. Demand analysis
covers both future and retrospective analysis so that there is a better understanding
of the future demand and the product/service’s past success or failure.
7. Traffic & Revenue Studies - Traffic and revenue studies review the financial
feasibility of an infrastructure project. The company specialise in the production
and review of traffic and revenue (T&R) forecasts to support the conceptual
analysis, feasibility analysis, planning, and financing of tolled facilities.
3. Independent Engineer - In India, the PPP format of roads projects are generally
based on Model Concession Agreement and there is role of an Independent
Engineer jointly appointed by the Authority and the Concessionaire. The company
works as Independent Engineer on various BOT projects by NHAI and state road
development agencies.
4. Authority’s Engineer - The company works as the Authority’s Engineer for the
government and make sure that delivery of service is on time and provide the quality
assessment.

of the country. The 180 Km road stretch
is being widened to four lane
configuration to augment capacity and
allow free traffic movement. Trade and

the region. A number of beaches and
famous temples dot the area near this
road and its widening would improve
tourism in the region.

Highway Authority Pradesh is crucial, as the state does not have a

km long border with China. The project
envisages construction of two bridges -
the first bridge across Dibang river
connecting Bomjur and Meka and the
second bridge over river Lohit
connecting Digaru ane Chowkham. The
project benefits over 50,000 inhabitants
of Dibang valley by clearing
connectivity issues faced by them.
Besides acting as a major link to rest of
country, these bridges will help our
security forces to combat anti-national
activities and guard the International
Border with China.
NHAI (National Jammu & $ 301 million The project stretch of 15.085 Km

of India) 8.45 km long tunnel and 1.56 km long
viaduct. The project features includes
twin tube tunnel of length 8.43 Km and
8.44 Km respectively with cross passage
tunnel of every 500m for maintenance
and emergency evacuation. The project
will reduce road distance between
Banihal and Quazigund by 16 km and
thus reducing journey time from Jammu
to Srinagar. The project tunnel would be
less prone to snow avalanche as it is at a
lower elevation than existing Jawahar
Tunnel and thus will improve all
weather connectivity. The project is also
important from military point of view
and will bring the Kashmir Valley and
its people closer to mainland India.
J&K Economic Jammu & (funded by The project aims to develop overall

Bihar Bihar $ 130 million The project envisages construction of an
RajyaPulNirmal ionic cable stayed bridge on river Ganga
Nigam Limited which will be 3.160 km long with 2x2
Lane (i.e. two separate bridges having
separate footing) connecting Khagaria
and Bhagalpur districts of Bihar. The
navigational span is 150m+250m+150m
along with approach road of 25 km.
Designed in inverse Y pile design, this
bridge provides minimal interference to
Ganga ecology featuring gigantic
dolphins The project also features River
observatory for dolphin viewing in the
river around pier shaft, ITS monitoring
and food plaza. The project will reduce
the road distance between Mithilanchal
and Kosi region by 50 km and Munger
and Khagaria districts by 35 km respec-
tively. Located about 30 km upstream
from the existing Vikramshila Setu, the
project pro-vides and alternative route to
Vikramshila Setu and caters to traffic
coming from Jharkhand.
