OPEN ACCESS PUBLISHING AGREEMENT
To safeguard consistency of analysis among all contributors, alternative forms may not be replacement
for this form, nor may any phrasing of the form be interchanged. This form is designed for authentic material
submitted to the SciRes Literature and must guide any such material in order to be published by the SciRes
Literature. Please read the form completely and save a copy of your files.
Manuscript Title/ARTICLE/REPORT, along with ALL work IN ANY FORM or FORMAT
(hereinafter, referred as “the content”):
COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
1. The signatory hereby authorize to SciRes Literature, (the “SRL”) all rights under copyright that may
exist in and to:
(a) The above Content, including any amended or expanded derivative contents submitted to the SRL
by the signatory based on the content; and (b) any correlated written or multimedia segments or other
improvements accompanying the content.
2. SRL will make the ultimate, published form of the article openly accessible in SRL Archive.
3. The signatory hereby grants SRL the immense, global, permanent right to use his/her name, picture,
likeness, voice and biographical material as a part of the advertisement and circulation of products
incorporating the content or Presentation, and releases SRL from any claim supported right of privacy or
distribution.
4. The signatory hereby permit that the content and Presentation (together, the “Materials”) are original
which he/she is that the author of the Materials. To the extent the Materials incorporate text passages,
figures, data or other material from the content of others, the signatory has access to any needed approvals.
Where necessary, the signatory has obtained all third party approvals and consents to grant the license
above and has got to produce copies of such permissions and consents to SRL.
5. The signatory function that he/she has the potential and authority to form and behead this assignment.
6. The signatory agrees to compensate and hold inoffensive the SRL from any damage or expense which
will arise within the event of a breach of any of the assurances set forth above.
7. In any case the above content is not approved and published by the SRL or is withdrawn by the
author(s) before acceptance by the SRL, the above copyright transfer shall become invalid and all files
representing the content submitted to the SRL will be abolished.
8. For co- authored Works, all coauthors should sign, or one of the authors should sign as authorized
agent for the others.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
General
1. Authors hold all rights in any procedure, form, or article of manufacture defined within the Content.
2. Authors/funding bodies may recreate or empower others to reproduce the content, material extracted exactly from
the content, or derivative contents for the author’s personal use or for company use, supported that the source and therefore
the SRL copyright notice are pointed out, the copies are not utilized in any way that indicate SRL authorization of a product
or service of any employer, and the copies themselves are not presented for purchasable.
3. Even though authors are granted to re-use all or sections of the content in other works, this does not include granting
third-party requests for reprinting, republishing, or other sorts of re-use.
4. Authors whose content was accomplished under a grant from a funding agency are liberal to fulfill any deposit orders
from that funding agency.
5. Authors recognize and understand that the payment of an Article Processing Charge may be a need of open access
publishing with SRL. Article processing charges could also be waived in cases of personal burden/difficulty.

SRL Copyright Ownership: It is the formal procedure of the SRL to have the copyrights to all or any copyrightable
contents in its scholarly publications and to the individual contributions hold therein (except in cases where a Creative
Commons or similar license is used), so as to guard the interests of the SRL, its authors and their employers, and their
funding bodies, and, at an equivalent time, to facilitate the acceptable re-use of this work by others. The SRL circulates its
scholarly publications throughout the world and does so by various means like hard copy, microfilm and electronic media.
FOR READERS ON THE USE OF OPEN ACCESS ARTICLES
Reuse: Third-party users may view, print, copy and download the content for individual use or scholarly purposes.
Users can also post links to the published SRL version of the content, containing the Digital Object Identifier (DOI), for his
or her own non-commercial use. All third-party users must provide full attribution to both the SRL publication title and
therefore the names of the author(s) of the Work. To copy otherwise, or to distribute/display the content by third parties,
need the authorization of SRL.
SRL Reserved Rights: SRL holds the right to confine the production of derivative contents and commercial usage of
the content. Should a third party seek to form a derivative content based on the content or commercially exploit the content
they must seek authorization from SRL.
Translation Rights /Text and Data Mining: Non-commercial translations also text and data mining of the contents
are authorized. However, should a third party seek to interact in such activity for commercial purposes the express, written
authorization of SRL shall be needed. Any translation must prominently link to the SRL published version and clearly
display the following: “This is an unofficial translation of an SRL publication. SRL has not signed the content of this
translation.”
