HOMEROOM PTA MEETING
(NARRATIVE REPORT)
The first Homeroom PTA Meeting for SY. 2019- 2020 was held on June 14, 2019 at the Grade 9- CHT classroom. It started at 11:00 in the morning. There were around 20 parents attended the meeting. The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer. The first agendum of the meeting was the school rules and regulations including the attendance, uniform, proper haircut for boys, no earing for boys and caps. During the meeting, the matter about the student’s concern, particularly their behaviour was brought up. It was agreed that the parents should follow up on their children’s attendance and class interaction. It was clearly emphasized the rules and regulations to the parents. It was also discussed with regards to the students who have lacking documents such as the School Form 10 (formerly SF 137) to comply as soon as possible especially transferees. Part of the meeting was also having a Homeroom PTA project. The parents and the adviser agreed to have an added wall fan and trash bin. They also agreed to have at least Ᵽ100.00 as their homeroom contribution. They also agreed on the maintenance of the classroom and that includes the comfort room. The parents who attended the meeting automatically paid for the Homeroom contribution. The election of the Homeroom PTA officials was also conducted. The result of the meeting was the election and recognition of the new set of homeroom PTA Officials, namely:

The meeting was adjourned at exactly 12:15 PM, with the same number of attendees.
