Whereas, the petitioner (Chandra Mohan) had filed a writ petition before the
Hon'ble High Court CWP No. 12581 of 2C22 |ilJed Chandra Mohan Vs. State of
Haryana with the prayer for "issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the
impugned result dated 28.02.2022 (P-14) videwhich the recruitment to the post of Skill
Assistant Professor Chemistry (SC-1) has illegally been cancelled by mentioning "Not
found Suitable" despite having 83 marks out of 100 in academic performance and
despite passing the written test, skill test and doing well in the interview by the
petitioner, apart from that the petrtioner is having 9 years teaching experience and has
done a lot of research & publication in the subject (P-21). Further the appointment of
respondent no. 4 made vide order daled 25.M.2022 be also quashed because all this
has been donejust to avoid the SC candidate and to accommodate the respondent no.
4 as guest faculty which is sufficient to prove the malafide intension of the Interview
committee. The petitioner further prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of
mandamus for directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for appoinEnent to
the post of Skill Assistant Professor (SC-1) and all consequential benefit be granted to
him, in the interest of justice."
\{hereas, the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana, High Court vide its order dated
01,.06.2022 disposed of the present writ petition with the following direction to the
respondents:
" In tle limited yaye1 tlu petition stands dispaed of at this stage with the
aieat of
direction that respondents shall disclwe the detailed mmks obtained by the
petitioner as well as those obtained by the selected canilidates within 15 days from
the date of receipt of certifed copy of this order,"
Whereas, Sfui Vishwakarma Skill University published an advertisement

inviting applications for various posts including one available post for Skill Assistant
Professor in Chemistry (SC) vide advt. no. SVSU / 2020 /Esn.P/008 dated 11.11.2020
with the following selection criteria:

post were received by SVSU, however, as per the selection.criteria prescribed in
the
advertisement, only two candidates including the petitioner qualified the written
test
