1. 范围 Scope
该技术协议的内容为上海以琳石油机械制造有限公司提供的背压阀及背压阀取放工
具的规格，相关技术参数以及相应的示意图，供贵公司参考。
Please refer below for technical specification, related technical parameters and diagramfor
BPV and BPV lubricator supplied by Shanghai ELIM Petroleum Machinery Company.

3. 产品结构及功能简介Brief Introduction of Product Structure and function:

3.1 单向背压阀 One-way BPV

单向背压阀的主要功能是封隔井下的压力，防止井下压力上串，一般会用在移除防喷器

或安装以及维修采油树的时候使用。单向背压阀的下入方式有两种，第一种是在油管挂下放

之前，手动旋入油管挂的背压阀螺纹内即可，第二种如果采油树安装完成之后，并且井下有

压力的时候，单向背压阀一般会从采油树处或清腊阀上部下入，下入时必须使用背压阀带压

取放工具，否则容易造成严重的油田安全事故。单向背压阀的结构如图 1 所示。

One-way BPV is designed to block the pressure coming upstream from the well during the

removal of the BOP and during installation of, or repairs to, the X-tree.There are two ways

running it, the first way is engaged one-way BPV in BPV thread of tubing hanger by hand before

running the tubing hanger; The second way is running it from top connector of X-tree or swab

valve after the installation of X-tree (There is pressure in X-tree), and you must use BPV

lubricator to run it, otherwise the sever safety accident in oil filed will be easy occur. The structure

diagram of one-way is shown as Figure1.

3.2 双向背压阀 Two-way BPV

双向背压阀主要功能是用于采油树试压，一般会在安装或维修采油树的时候使用，如果

井口和采油树安装完成之后，并且井下有压力的时候，双向背压阀一般会从采油树处或清腊

阀上部下入，下入时必须使用背压阀带压取放工具，否则容易造成严重的油田安全事故。双

向背压阀的结构如图 2 所示。

Two-way BPV is designed to test the BOP or X-treeduring installation of, or repairs to, the

X-tree, The common way is running two-way BPV from top connector of X-tree or swab valve

after the installation of X-tree( There is pressure in X-tree), and you must use BPV lubricator to

run it, otherwise the sever safety accident in oil filed will be easy occur. The structure diagram of

two-way is shown as Figure 2.

5. 特别说明 Special statement

本公司提供的背压阀适用于图3所示的油管挂（或套管挂）的背压阀内螺纹（该螺纹与

CAMERON公司的背压阀内螺纹一致），如果客户要求的油管挂（或套管挂）的背压阀螺纹
与下图不同，客户需及早提出，防止我公司提供的背压阀不能与贵公司的油管挂（或套管挂）
的背压阀螺纹相匹配。
The BPV of ELIM is suitable for the internal BPV thread of tubing hanger (or casing hanger)
shown as figure 3 (The thread is same as the internal BPVthread of Cameroon made). If the
internal BPV thread of client’s tubing hanger (or casing hanger) are different with the two
drawings. Please kindly inform us ASAP, to prevent that our BPV is not matching with the BPV
thread of your tubing hanger (casing hanger).
