6:15pm Welcoming Guests / Cocktail hour

First Set of the live band - Playback Band

6:30 Welcoming Remarks / Introduction by the Host


Note: To start at least when 6 tables are filled / 70% of
guests are present)

AVP of Santiago’s Life (Lolo Roger)


After the video, gather all children & Auntie Tina on stage

Grand Entrance of Celebrant (Family Photo)

Opening Prayer & blessing of food by Ms Sandra Alcordo


(then first family will be seated to their respected seats)

SPECIAL SONG NUMBER by Denice to sing “Dance with My Father”


(John’s, eldest, daughter) - own usd file or to sing with the live band

SPECIAL MESSAGE (on behalf of all his children) by Sir Dennis

Singing of Happy Birthday and Blowing of Cake


Note: A waiter to take candle from cake then blow
(precautionary measure from COVID)
DINNER
- Photo Op on stage with the celebrant per table then may head to
the buffet area
- Silent cueing
- Playback Band’s 2nd set

Performances from Grandchildren (during dinner once everyone is


settled)
- Isabel to play Violin (Ms Sandra’s Daughter)
- Sir Dennis (to play guitar) & Justine (her daughter to sing)
- Hannah, Mich & Lance (Ms Jaz’s (youngest) Children) to sing a
song ***tentative

GAMES (after dinner) - total of 20 prizes


- Trivia Game (5 questions about Lolo Roger, 5 prizes)
- Scavenger Hunt - Group game (8 guests per table)
- Name that Tune
