1 安全规程 Safety Rules


1.11 一般安全指示 General Safety Instruction
 使用机器之前,请仔细阅读机器上所有的安全档牌所示的安全规范,以及本说明书中关于安全的内
容。
Study the manual carefully and follow the safety instructions in the labels
and manual before operating the machine.
 只有经过培训合格的专职人员,方允许操作本机器.按照本说明书的要求,保持您的机器处于完好状
态。
Only qualified operator is permitted to operate this machine. Keep the machine
in good condition as per this manual.
 请勿轻易改装机器,否则可能影响机器的功能、寿命及危及人身安全。
Don’t refit machine without authorization, otherwise it will affect the
performance and lifetime of machine, or may cause human body hurt.
注意:本“安全规程”章中所述的安全指示只述及了本机器的基本安全规程。它不可能包括您在使用机
器时可能会遇到的每种危险情况。
Attention: The safety instructions in this book only include the general safety
rues of machine. They can’t cover all the possible danger may occur.

1.12 穿戴安全保护用品 Wear safety protective articles


工作之前,应穿戴适合工作的安全用品,它们包括:紧身工作服、硬质安全帽、厚质手套、安全眼镜、
护目镜或面罩、口罩或过滤面罩、耳塞或耳套
Before operation, always wear protective articles when the work so requires, the

1.13 施工场地的要求 Requirement to the construction field


 检查和确认施工场地满足桩机接地比压要求,保证行走的短船与长船落在较平整的地面上,中间不
允许有小面积的尖硬凸起物体。
Check and assure the construction field can meet with the pressure ratio
requirement. There should not be sharp and hard object of small area in
construction field or protrusion that would block the pile driver motion.
 施工场地的坡度不能大于 3 度。有坡度时,桩机应顺着施工场地倾斜的方向或垂直倾斜方向施工。
The gradient of construction field should not be larger than 3 °. If the
construction field has gradient, pile driver should be placed parallel or
vertical to the construction field descending direction.

4 操作规程 Operation Regulations


4-1 启动前的准备

Preparation before start-up

1.检查电压是否正常(不超过 400V,不低于 350V)。

Detect if the voltage is normal.

2.检查油箱的油位是否正常。

Examine if the oil level is normal.

3.检查液压管路是否有渗漏现象。

Detect if there is oil leakage of hydraulic pipeline.

4.检查油泵吸油口的球阀是否打开。

Check if the ball valve that fixed on pump suction port is open.

5.检查压桩立柱与横梁连接轴是否装配牢固(轴是是否安装到位,锁紧螺栓是否松动)。

6.清除行走轮导轨表面的异物,涂上干净的黄油。

Remove the dirty on the wheel carrier track, spread with clean grease

7.依次单独启动单台泵,检查每台泵工作时,电流,输出压力是否正常。

Separately run the pump one by one, examine if the electric current and oil

pressure are normal when every pump work singly.

8.模拟压桩过程,检查液压系统及压力、液压缸以及主要运动机构,是否正常。

Simulate piling process. Examine hydraulic system and oil pressure, cylinder

and main motion mechanism. Assure they are at normal.

9.检查无异常情况后,或异常情况正确处理完毕,消除故障和安全隐患后,方可进行施工。

如不按要求进行相关启动前检查引起的后果本公司概不负责。

Assure that no abnormal phenomena are found or abnormities have been disposed

correctly, and potential factors of malfunction and security are all cleared up.

Then the pilling work may begin.

4-2 注意事项 Attention


 2 台油泵电机的启动必须每台单独启动,且必须在绿色指示灯灭,红色指示灯亮后,再
启动另一台泵。
The three pump motors must be started one after another separately, after the
green indicator light turns off, red light turns on, then starts another pump.
 停机超过 4 小时,必须空载运行 3 分钟,无异常现象方可进行工作。
If it stops over 4 hours, it must run 3 minutes without load. It can work only
if there is no abnormality.
 压桩过程中随时检查桩的垂直度与机身的水平情况。
In the process of pressing piles you should examine the verticality of pile
and horizontality of the main body.
 操纵手柄、按钮的动作一定要平缓,切勿用力过猛。
Operate handles and buttons gently. Prohibit operating violently.
 作业中随时检查油压,油温是否正常。(压桩油压最大 20MPa,油温 35~85 度之间),
发现异常情况应立即停机处理。
Examine the pressure and temperature of oil regularly. (Max oil pressure of pile
driver is 20MPa, oil temperature is 35-85°C) Stop working at once to check if
any abnormality.
 一个桩位的施工必须连续施工完毕,严禁在一个桩位施工未完成时,中途停机休息。
若一个桩位的施工中途间隔过长,有可能造成已压入地基部分的桩与地基土壤产生固
化反应,再施工时,引起压桩压力突然骤升。
A set of pile to be inserted into the same location must be completed continuously.
If there was a long time break during the process, the pile inserted in ground
might have solidifying reaction with the ground earth. When piling process
resume, the oil pressure would sharply increased.
 桩机行走、回转或大幅度升降时,地面一定要有人观察、配合、指挥操作者完成桩机
的运动。操作者应密切注视桩机的运行情况,并随时注意与观察者联系。如有异常,
立即将操作手柄推向中位。

When pile driver moves, rotates, in a large range rises and falls, it must
be guided, cooperated with ground personnel. The operator must keep close watch
on the pile driver motion and communicate with the ground personnel in time.
If there has any abnormal, immediately push the valve to middle position.
 桩机行走、回转或升降时,若发现系统油压增大,表明控制相关动作的油缸已伸缩到
位,立即将操作手柄推向中位。
When pile driver moves, rotates, rises and falls, if oil pressure increases,
it indicates the related cylinder has gone to stroke end. Immediately push the
valve to middle position.
 桩机行走或回转时,注意电缆不要被长、短船压伤,注意不要被障碍阻挠,以致不能
随桩机一起行走和回转。
While pile driver moves or rotates, be careful of the electrical cable not to
be damaged by press of long or short ship slideway. Also pay attention that
the electrical cable cannot move with the pile driver because of being blocked
by obstacles.
 电缆不能被汽车等碾压或物体履盖。
Electric cable may neither be grinded by trucks nor covered by objects.
 桩机运行时,注意长、短船的软管油管不能被其它部件绊住或阻碍,防止油管碰伤或
拉断。
While pile driver runs, pay attention to the hoses linked to long and short ship slideway,

assure they are not stumbled or blocked by other parts, in case the hose might be

pulled broken.

 桩机运行时,若出现了陷机,应立即将长、短船着地,将配重从桩机上卸下,再对陷
机情况进行处理。卸配重时,应先卸已倾斜侧配重。陷机是指桩机移动或压桩时,施
工场地极为松软,桩机陷入基础之中,依靠其自身能力,已不能行走。
If a sunk accident occurs while pile driver runs, operator must lay down the
long and short ship slideway to touch the ground, remove the counterweight from
pile driver, and then dispose the accident. The counterweight of inclined side
should be removed first. Sunk accident means the pile driver sinks into the ground

because the very soft ground cannot support. At that time the pile driver cannot
move by itself.
·整个压桩过程中,必须时刻保证桩身的垂直度,否则有断桩的危险,不保证桩身垂直度
而继续压桩,由此产生的后果,本公司概不负责。
·在压桩过程中,进行压桩油缸上提操作时,严禁将压桩油缸直接退到底,应当在压桩油
缸即将到终点的时候减速并停止。否则在桩身有斜度的情况下,有断桩的危险,由此不当
操作引起的后果本公司概不负责。
During the whole piling process, should keep the pile verticality, otherwise pile will

be in danger of being broken; our company will not be responsible for the consequences due

to no verticality piling.

In the process of piling, prohibit to lift the piling cylinder directly back to the end,

should deceleration and stop before get to the end of the cylinder. Otherwise pile will be

in danger of being broken due to no vertical of the pile. Our company will not be responsible

for the consequences due to no verticality piling.

4-3 钳口的更换 如图 2 所示

圆钳口叠加方式:
1、Y500-Y400
2、Y450

方钳口叠加方式
1、F400-F300
2、F450
均采用 M16X35 内六角螺钉紧定
 更换钳口时,应先拆上层钳口,再拆下层钳口。拆卸时,先将吊环拧入钳口上螺钉孔,
用起重设备吊住,再拧开钳口与钳口座(或夹桩油缸)的联接螺钉,将钳口吊出。装
配时,先将吊环安装到钳口上,用起重设备吊进夹桩箱的夹桩孔,将钳口用联接螺钉
安装到钳口座(或夹桩油缸)上,联接螺栓拧紧。装配时应先装下层钳口,再装上层
钳口。
钳口更换时,严禁人员站在夹桩箱下面观察和指挥;
钳口更换时,必须有可靠的起重设备。

5 维护保养与设备维修 Maintenance and Repair

5-1 日常维护与定期保养 Daily maintenance and time maintenance


1.经常检查联接螺栓是否松动。特别注意检查压桩油缸、升降油缸、纵移油缸、横移油缸
以及钳口等处的联接螺栓、悬臂与铰座联接处螺杆紧固螺母等。用多个螺栓固定的,要保
证扭矩均匀。
Examine fixing screw bolts for any loose. Specially pay attention to those fixing
screw bolts on the pressing cylinders, vertical motion cylinders and clamping jaws,
as well as the joint screw shaft and screw nuts between cantilever and its seat.
Be sure to keep torque moment symmetrical if there are several fixing screw bolts.
2.特别注意保持液压系统的清洁,一定要用专门的过滤精度不低于 20μ的滤油加油车给油
箱加油。
Pay special attention to keeping the hydraulic system clean. The adding oil of
hydraulic system requires special oil adding equipment and the transmissivity
of its oil filter should not exceed 20 μ.
3.坚持定期润滑(详见润滑一览表)。
Lubricate the machine termly.
4.每天工作完毕,清扫机身上的尘土与脏物。

Clean dust and dirty things after work.


5.初次使用,工作一个月后将油箱中的油全部换掉,并清洗油箱。以后,一般每半年换一
次(换油时,清洗油箱及吸油滤油器,排掉管路及元件中的‘老’油)。
If its works at the first time, you should change all oil after a month and clear
the oil tank. After that, change oil after half a year. (Be sure to clean used oil
in tank, tubes and any units)
6.保持回油滤清器清洁。若发现回油压力表显示值超过 0.4MPa,即要清洁或更换回油滤清
芯。一般每月要清洗一次。
Keep filter of return oil clean. If the return oil manometer shows a pressure
over 0.4MPa, clean or change the core of the oil-filter. Clear it every month.
7.每个月要将所有的管接头及其元件上的紧固螺栓拧紧一次。
Screw down every fixing screw bolts on all pipe connections and units every month.
8.若发现油液呈白浊状,则必须立即换油。否则因小失大,造成液压元件损坏。
If the color of the oil becomes white and muddy, replace the oil. Otherwise the
hydraulic elements will be break down early the expected.
9.为保证压力表的精度和正常使用,应对压力表进行周期检定,半年检定一次。
In order to assure the accuracy of the oil gauge, it should be checked periodically.
Normally, interval of check is half of year.
10.更换新油泵时,需将泄漏油管内灌满油液,再将其接至油箱的泄漏接头上(勿拧紧),
待油泵启动,该接头处有油液渗出时再拧紧接头螺帽。
When replace new pump, it should fill up oil in leakage pipe, connect the pipe
with leakage coupler (not screw down), start pump, and screw down coupler nuts
when oil leaks from coupler.

5-2 设备维修 Repair


1.检修桩机时,桩机的长、短船必须落地。
Before examination and repair, long ship and short ship must be laid down on
ground.
2.液压系统的维修必须由富有经验的专业人员进行。

Only professional personnel can repair hydraulic system.


3.当液压系统还存在有油压时,不能进行任何维修工作。
Any repair is forbidden if hydraulic system pressure still exists.
4.电机停机前,不能捆扎或维修泄露的管接头,不能凭手感查找泄漏口,因为喷溅的高压
油能穿透皮肤,引起严重事故。
Before electric motor stops, do not pack oil hose or repair leaking joint, do not
feel by hand to looking for leakage, or the high pressure oil might cut into skin
to cause hurts.
5.选用的管接头、软管长度及型号、密封件等必须符合规格。
The joints, hose and seals must be the right type as designed.
6.在洁净无尘的地方拆装液压元件。
Choose place without dust to disport and assemble hydraulic elements.
7.在安装或更换压力表时,应将充油塞(安全塞)旋松,使充油塞的放气孔与大气相通,
不用时旋紧油塞防止填充液泄漏。在使用过程中,如出现油面上升,或充满表壳,应及时
更换新表,禁止再使用。
When fix the oil gauge, the oil-filling plug(safety plug)should be screwed loose
so that the vent of oil-filling plug can link the atmosphere. During un-using period,
screw oil-filling plug tight to prevent filling liquid from leaking. During work
time, if it occurs that filling liquid level rise or full of gauge can, a new gauge
should be changed and the old one should not be used any more.
8.电气系统的检修必须由有资格的电工进行,或者在电工监督指导下,按照电工规则进行,
必须遵守当地电工维修手册与用电安全手册。
It should be carried out or supervised by qualified electrical worker to examine
or repair the electrical system. Also the local manual books of electrical repair
and electrical safety should be obeyed.
9.如果必须进行焊接,焊接前必须选好材料、填料及焊接方法,断开设备上所有电器电源
开关,安排防火措施。
If it is necessary to use welding methode, things must be done before welding are
preparing welding material and filling material, deciding welding method,

switching off all electrical power to the pile driver, as well as fire fighting
equipment.
10.焊接时,电流不能从长船经升降油缸传递到其它部位,不能从其它部位经升降油缸传递
到长船;电流不能经油缸传递;油缸的缸筒与活塞杆之间不能有电流通过。通过搭接物传
导电流也是不安全的,可能损坏升降油缸等部件,因而也是不允许的。正确的方法是焊接
某部件时,焊接电流直接引到某部件上。
While welding, electric current is not permitted to get through the vertical
cylinder from long ship slideway to platform, nor from platform to long ship slide
ship. No current is permitted to be conducted by any cylinder not to get through
between rod and cylinder tube. It is not right to conduct electric current by iron
joint A placed as Figure 11 either. The correct method is to connect the cable
directly to the part to be welded.
11.在油缸附近进行焊接作业时,必须将油缸活塞杆伸出缸筒的部分用石棉布包扎起来,防
止电焊渣等飞溅到油缸活塞杆上,导致油缸的损坏。
If welding task is carried out near cylinders, the rod part stretching out of
cylinder tube must be enclosed up with asbestos cloth in case that welding dregs
splash to the rod to damage the cylinder.
12.起重机检修时,起重动臂缩回,起重臂平放,并支撑在配重块或其它垫块上。
While repair crane, retract moving jib, place jib horizontally, and support the
jib on counter weight or other blocks.

7 桩机的安装、调试、拆卸与运输
Assembly, debugging, and transportation
桩机的第一次安装、调试必须在本公司的工程技术人员或委托人员的协助、指挥下完成。
The first installation and adjustment of pile driver should be carried out under
cooperation and direction of TOPPILE company’s engineering personnel or the
authorized technician.
桩机安装后,根据要求,做好维护和保养。根据操作规程,进行桩机的调试和检查。
Having installed pile driver, do maintenance well according to operation
regulations. Adjust and examine the pile driver according to operation regulations.
此机型为整体运输机型,整体运输时须注意以下几点:
This model machine can be transported whole; some points should be noticed as
following:
主司机室和操作杆须拆除;如若需要可将吊机上的部分零部件拆除。
The mail cabin and operations rods have to be disassembled, some parts in the crane
can be disassembled if need.
桩机转换工地时,如若需要也可将整机解体成主机、夹桩箱、压桩横梁、配重梁、纵移机
构、横移机构、配重铁等部分。桩机拆卸顺序如下:
Before being transported to another construction site, the pile driver shall be
disassembled to several parts(main body, pressing pile cylinders and assembling
cross beam, longitudinal motion mechanism, cross motion mechanism, vertical motion
mechanism and balance weight), so as to facilitate transportation. The
disassembling shall be carried out with the following sequence:
用起重机吊走所有配重铁。
Move away all the counterweight with lifter.
卸掉压桩缸与夹桩箱连接的铰轴并使主压桩缸活塞杆完全缩回。
disassemble the joint shaft between clamping box and chief pressing cylinder, next
let the rod draw back completely; joint shaft between clamping box and chief
pressing cylinder, next let the rod draw back completely.

将压桩缸连同桩架拆下来。
Remove pressing cylinder and crossbeam.
升起桩机,将机身走到长船的一端,然后使机身下降,短船落地,卸掉靠这一端回转拉杆
上的垫圈和卡板,机身上升,即可卸下短船;
Lift the pile driver, move the main body to the end of the long ship slideway, and
then descend the main body and land short ship slideway on the ground, crew off
机身行走到长船的另一端,采用同样的方法拆下另一个短船;
Lift the main body to move to the other end of the long ship slideway. Disassemble
the other short ship slideway with the same method.
长船油缸缩回,尽量减少纵移油缸活塞杆的暴露,防止吊装、运输过程中碰伤活塞杆。
Cylinder in long ship slideways draw back. Reduce the exposure of rod as soon as
possible in vertical cylinder.
平板车倒入机身下,垫好枕木,慢慢使机身落在平板车上,吊走配重梁,四个升降油缸与
行走轮架分离,升降油缸完全缩回,将悬臂和升降油缸拆下。
The flat board truck goes back under the main body. Place bed timbers and let the
main body slowly lie on then. Take down counterweight beam. Then disassemble the
joint s of the four vertical motion cylinders and the stepping wheel carrier, next
draw back the vertical motion cylinder completely. Pull out the joint bolt between
main body and cantilever. Then remove cantilever and vertical cylinder.
将起重臂的活动部分完全收回,并用固定臂前端的两个螺栓将伸缩臂固定,落到机身中间。
Draw back the movement parts of crane jib, fix the retractable jib with 2 bolts
on fixed jib, the lower on the four bearing platform of pile pressing platform.
拆除桩机上的电源线。
Disassemble the power cable in the pile driver.
到达新工地后,装配的顺序与上述顺序正好相反。装配前首先将长船按图 6 所示尺寸布置
好。再将平板车倒入。
After arriving at the new construction site, the sequence of assembling is the
reverse of disassembling. Place the long ship slideway as figure 6, then drive the
truck in.

环境温度低于-20℃使用 N32 低凝抗磨液压油。
If environment temperature is under-20℃, hydraulic oil N32 should be used.
