    EXTRACTS FROM THE ORDINANCE (OC-7)

    ATTENDANCE :

    7:5 Student should have attended a minimum of 75 percent lectures, seminars, tutorials and
    preceptorialsorganised by the Department during a Semester to be eligible to appear at the
    Semester Examination.

    CERTIFICATE :

    7:11 A candidate shall apply for admission to the Semester Examination in the prescribed form to the
    Dean of the School through the Head of Department concerned. Such application shall be
    accompanied by certificate indicating that:
    (i) The candidate has attended the minimum lectures etc. in respect of all Course
    (ii) The candidate has cleared all Sessional, and
    (iii) All dues including prescribed examination fee have been deposited.

    APPEARANCE IN EXAMS :

    7:15 No candidate will be allowed to appear in any Course more than twice and no candidate shall be
    allowed to appear in any Course beyond Sixth Semester of his/her admission to the Programme
    i.e. a candidate must qualify for the award of the degree within three years of his/her admission
    to the Course.

    Note:- The following documents, duly attested should be submitted alongwith this application:-

    1. Marksheet of last examination.

    2. Registration Card.
    3. Challan for payment of fees for the Semester.
