Individuals will bear the cost. VSAOWA will help getting the best rate
Individuals can bring their own vendor as well

As agreed in the AGM, Individuals will bear the 75% of the cost. VSAOWA will provide the rest 25%
A common color will be chosen based on a poll
Every Block needs one representative who can help assist with the painting collection from residents
Unless all residents pay for the painting, painting efforts will not start for the block
Preference will be given to Phase 1 Blocks starting from the Gate for the painting efforts
Owners are expected to pay the painting costs before 30th April 2021 to VSAOWA
Costs are available in Slide 5.
