Sikka Ports & Terminals Limited on behalf of Reliance Industries Limited,


hereby note protest over the following:

Sub: Delay in berthing due to vessel’s refusal to berth

Vessel tendered N.O.R. at 27th Feb 2020/1306hrs and vessel’s berthing was scheduled at 1430hrs on 28th
Feb 2020.However berthing had to be cancelled as at last moment vessel refused to berth. Fresh Notice of
Readiness was tendered by vessel at 1436hrs on 28th Feb 2020.
