Job Description

The Senior SailPoint Developer is responsible for leading the development and deployment of
web-based Identity Access solutions, the analysis of alternative architectures and new solutions,
and the integration of vendor and internal applications with the SailPoint environment. Position
activities also include defining processes to ensure compliance with standards, source control,
process mapping and development, and development and procedural documentation. Position
will oversee the development of SailPoint IIQ process automation capabilities and their
integration with APIs, cross-platform dependencies, and account management processes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Overseeing the design and development of the SailPoint IdentityIQ environment

• Developing complex lifecycle workflows

• Developing custom connectors

• Onboarding applications with automated provisioning

• Configuring custom reports and dashboards

• Role Mining and implementing RBAC/ABAC

• Gathering requirements and implementing design of backend workflows

• Develop and maintain solution repository with best practices

• Developing cross-platform automation with PeopleSoft, SailPoint, ADFS, mainframe,


database, and web applications

• Maintain changing workflows of organizational structure and requirements

• Create and improve business functions through secure and efficient coding practices

• Work with Architects to improve the IAM development space

• Collaborate with Administrators and Analysts to understand current user account


provisioning practices

• Implement SOAR capabilities to reduce user access request overhead and turnaround
time
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or qualification in an IT-related discipline or equivalent technical


and business experience

• Excellent development / coding skills relevant to SailPoint (java / beanshell / oracle / jsf
etc.)

• Experience in implementing at least 2 large IAM implementations

• Familiarity with programming and web technologies such as Java, JavaScript,


SPML/SOAP

• SailPoint IIQ professional Certification preferred

• Experience with identity federation protocols (SAML), LDAP

• Experience with the web technologies such as XML, SPML, SOAP/REST, and
web/application servers

• Experience installing complex applications on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms

• Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, DB2)

• Large scale Installation and configuration for 40k+ users

• Strong technical leadership qualities

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Proven team player with interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills

• Exceptional analytical and process development skills

• Ability to work on multiple internal project work streams
