This letter pertains to the incident dated______ which resulted to the filing of criminal charges
before the Municipal Trial Court of Manila by

On behalf our the fraternity, we request that you extend the widest latitude of understanding
in order to be able to reach an amicable resolution, both in the legal/civil as well as the
personal aspects of the case.

We acknowledge the damage we have done to Mr. Brent Uy and his family and we apologize
for our actions because our fraternity does not tolerate any form of senseless violence. In
addition, please know that we have seen the error our ways and are more than remorseful for
what we did.

In this regard, our fraternity will not hold any grudges nor carry out any harmful act against or
anyone reasonably related or connected with him.

We assure you that we would personally oblige our fraternity brothers to follow the above-
mentioned condition and to cooperate in any action that would guarantee the same.

Furthermore, in the event that this assurance, should be in any way violated by our fraternity
either through its direct participation or through any other manner that can be traced back to
it, we shall assist in ensuring that the offending party is made responsible for the said violation.

We hope that this assurance will help you have peace of mind and allow everybody affected by
the incident to heal and move on with their daily lives.
