Roles and Responsibilities – Java Trainer

Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Java / Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field. You
will utilize available online e-learning module as well as develop technical training programs and help others
develop skills that will make them full-fledged Full-Stack developers.

Java / Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid
technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex
subjects in a clear and interesting way.The goal is to contribute to the development of people’s technical/IT
skills to be job-ready and be able to launch their career.

Implementation Responsibilities:
 Devise technical training programs as per defined pedagogy.
 Produce training schedules and classroom agenda and execute training sessions, webinars, workshops
etc.
 Devise technical training programs according to learners’ requirements.
 Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
 Determine course content according to objectives.
 Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
 Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
 Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
 Evaluates training by evaluating effectiveness of training.
 Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
 Take full responsibility and run Stack-Route programs to mentor learning in either in-person programs
or remote programs.
 Shepherd the technical discussions/sessions thru live problem-solving.
 Mentor learners to build and release web applications on chosen full-stack technology.
 Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
 Problem solving ability and conduct refresher sessions for the Learner/ Staff whenever necessary.
 Conduct regular feedback sessions with trainee members and maintain training documents /or
material as per institutional requirements.
 Conduct competitive analysis of other Training Programmes that operate in the same space.
 Prepare customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions.
 Ability to strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
 Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management.
 Learning on the job and explore new paradigms with little supervision.
 Communicate effectively inside and outside of the organization.
 Tweak, redesign, experiment, explore new ideas, try, fail, succeed, learn, and continuously integrate.
 Staying up to date on the design paradigms and approaches to build compelling systems.
 Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
 Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
 Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
management.
 Execute the project based on a defined need - results in a detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline.
 Collaborating with the team to build an environment of collective responsibility and accountability.
 Collaborating with the leadership to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
 Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
 Ensuring adherence to key performance objectives to meet business needs and customer
expectations.
 Devise initiatives and execute operations to meet the larger business objectives.
 Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
 Be a persistent, creative problem solver.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
 Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
Requirements:
Must have:

 Proven experience as technical trainer and should be a role model to the Learners.
 Developing and delivering training programs for students or employees in the field of full stack Java
development.
 Creating and maintaining course materials, such as slide decks, code examples, and quizzes.
 Providing hands-on instruction and guidance to students or employees, using real-world examples
to illustrate key concepts.
 Assessing student or employee progress through quizzes, assignments, and other forms of
evaluation.
 Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in full stack Java development to
ensure that training materials and instruction are current and relevant.
 Collaborating with other trainers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that training programs
align with the needs of the organization.
 Proven experience on Spring, Spring boot and REST API.
 Good experience in front end technologies like, React or Angular.
 Good to have knowledge on AI and ML.
 Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
 Excellent behavioural, organizationaland time-management abilities
 Degree in a relevant technical field
 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
 Presentation Skills, Written Communication, Training, Training Management, Technical Zeal, Self-
Development, Technical Leadership, Presenting Technical Information, Self-Confidence, Dealing with
Complexity, Microsoft Office Skills
 Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal
regulations.

Desired skills:
 Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects

Additional responsibilities could include: 
Irregular office hours — Java/Technical trainers should be adaptable and accommodate their schedule to
the client’s requirements. Working late evenings or joining the trainees during a weekend team
building is considered standard.
Independent worker — The Java/Technical trainer is usually a one man/woman show. They need to be able
to conduct the training session with no additional help, as usually the learners could be available 
during the weekend.
