Introduction
As an intern at the Lebanese Alternative Learning (LAL) company, I got the chance to help
create and edit online learning lessons for K–12 students. I was involved in tasks such as editing
educational content, and integrating digital tools to the lessons. Working alongside experienced
professionals in the field gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and build knowledge of

Learning (LAL) company's vision and mission. They gave me a clear idea of the tasks I would
be working on throughout our internship, which aligned with the company's mission of
developing innovative and accessible online learning solutions for Lebanon's K-12 students. My
first task was to review and edit the space management lesson. My role would entail assessing
the lesson's efficacy, along with providing suggestions on its content. Furthermore, I evaluated if
the lesson met its goals and pointing up any areas that needed improvement. After the space

sure that each task appropriately reflected the knowledge and abilities that should be addressed in
the lesson. I searched for any loopholes in the plan, such as missed tasks or evaluations, and

actions correspond to the appropriate standards, and offering adjustments if they do not.
-Editing for clarity and readability: I am expected to modify lesson plans to make them concise,
and easily understood. The task can entail rephrasing ambiguous or wordy language, dividing
for the class. Also, sharing updates on the project and communicating with the manager after
each unit.
Instructional designers create the learning resources and tasks developed in the previous stage
(Design). It involves preparing lesson plans, presentations, educational activities, and other
digital resources.
Once the instructional materials have been created, they must be reviewed and edited to ensure
that they are reliable, efficient, and suitable for the learners. This stage would entail examining
the lesson plans for mistakes, ensuring that the content is aligned with the learning objectives,
and making any required adjustments to improve the quality of the materials.
Overall, evaluating and modifying lesson plans is a crucial aspect of the ADDIE Model's
Development stage since it ensures that the instructional materials are of high quality and will
