Aman, a soldier, fires on a mob by the order of his superior
officer, in conformity with the commands of the law in
consequence to which X and Y suffer grievous hurt and they sue
Aman for the same in the court of law. Decide the guilt of Aman
a. Aman shall be guilty of grievous hurt
b. Aman’s guilt shall boil down to hurt as he fired by the order of
his superior
