How to translate VERSION and ENQUIRY using EB.DICTIONARY?

Introduction
This document explains the steps to be followed to translate versions and enquiries in a foreign language using EB.DICTIONARY functionality.

Procedure
Step 1: To switch on EB.DICTIONARY functionality set USE.DICTIONARY field to 'Yes' in SPF.
