Internship on the Transforming Energy Technologies for Climate
Neutrality
Internship Guidelines:
1. Complete the daily work and research according to below time:
• 4 hrs. x 5 days (20 hrs. a week) pattern. 2. It is mandatory to take part in research meetings, career development programs on a bi-weekly basis and discuss the progress and update of the work. 3. Register on WhatsApp group of IAM Winter Internship Program on Mobile: (+46) 739299485. 4. Daily reporting through WhatsApp messages about the start of the work as “present” and end of work as “end: today I had work on (1 or 2 key words).…..” is a must to record your daily attendance. 5. Maintain the Weekly attendance excel sheet with entry and exit time to maintain the weekly 20-hour task certificates (Format-1 attached). 6. After completing the internship work, submit your final progress report and present your data to release the internship certificates (Format-2 attached). 7. Bi-weekly progress meeting will be conducted at every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 PM to 5 PM CET (Stockholm Time). In the meeting, kindly update your last week’s work, next week’s work plan to take inputs of the supervisor (05-15 minutes maximum). 8. Try to read 1 article every week and summarize learning points in the monthly report to review at [email protected]. 9. Monthly updates, should be submitted through email on word documents in prescribed format no. 3 (keep your name first and report no. in last). We need minimum 3 monthly report to complete the final progress report. 10. Review articles or Blog is must for releasing the internship certificate. Science students have to write quality article with taking reference from high index journals such as Nature, Science and ACS etc. Only authentic content and websites should be used for the reference.

Presentation of one best article relate to your topic of work is must for internship. Usually conducted at 2nd month of internship. 12. Attendance and Presentation in one IAAM Conference or Symposia is must for internship. 13. IAM Institute follow ethics, Swedish law and European regulations, therefore any disputes or controversies will be handled by Institute authorities under direction of above regulations.
