Caution

Safety Information
To ensure reliable and safe operation of this equipment, please read all the
instructions in this user guide, especially the safety information below.

Electrical safety
The TV set should only be connected to a main power supply as stated on the label
on the back of the product.To prevent overload, don't share the same mains supply socket with
too many items.
Do not place any connecting wires where they may be stepped on or tripped over.
When removing the plug from the wall socket, make sure to pull the plug and not the wires.
During a thunderstorm or while leaving the TV for long periods, disconnect the aerial
(if outdoor) and mains from the power supply.

Do not allow water or moisture to enter the TV or main adaptor. Do NOT use in wet or moist
areas such as bathrooms, steamy kitchens or near swimming pools.

Pull the plug out immediately, and seek professional help if:
● The main plug or cable is damaged.
● Liquid is spilt onto the set, or if it is accidentally exposed to water or moisture.

● Anything accidentally penetrates the ventilation slots.

● The set doesn't function properly.

● Do not remove the safety covers. There are no user serviceable parts inside.

You may invalidate the warranty. Only qualified personnel can service this apparatus.
● Remove exhausted batteries from the remote control handset to avoid battery leakage

or when not using it for a long period.

Physical safety
● Do not block ventilation slots in the back cover. You may place the TV in a cabinet,
but ensure that there is at least 5cm (2'') clearance all around.
● Do not tap or shake the TV screen. You may damage the internal circuits. Take good care of

the remote control, do not drop it.


● To clean the TV use a soft dry cloth. Do NOT use solvents or petrol based fluids.

For stubborn stains, you may use a damp soft cloth with diluted detergent.

A warning that an apparatus with CLASS I construction shall be connected to a MAIN socket
outlet with a protective earthing connection.
Where the MAIN plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device,
the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

Protect the power cord from physical or mechanical abuse, such as being twisted, kinked or pinched.

The LED TV has large multimedia function, which can be connected with many kinds of equipments.
The following a paragraph shows how it connect with other Audio and Video devices.

1.HDMI: Connect it to the HDMI of DVD or other equipment.

4. COAXIAL: Coaxial audio signal out plug.

The Remote Control

The remote controller cannot be used unless it is within the receivable range. Before you
use the remote control, please make sure there's no obstacle between the remote control
and the receiver.

GREEN: Open/Close Electronic Program Guide.
BLUE: PVR function for DTV.

The Remote Control

Using the remote control


● Open the battery door and insert 2 "AAA" batteries.
● Point the remote control at the remote sensor located on the unit.

● When there is a strong ambient light source, the performance of the infrared remote sensor

may be degraded, causing unreliable operation.


● The recommended effective distance for remote operation is about 16 feet (5 meters).

● When the batteries become weak and the operating distance of the remote control is

greatly reduced , you will need to replace the batteries.


● If the remote control is not going to be used for a long period of time, remove the batteries

to avoid damage caused by battery leakage or corrosion.


● Do not mix old and new batteries or ALKALINE or standard (CARBON-ZINC) or

rechargeable (NICKEL-CADMIUM) batteries.


● Always remove batteries as soon as they become weak.

● Weak batteries can leak and severely damage the remote control.

● Do not dispose of batteries in fire, they may explode or leak. Batteries should not be

exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.

CAUTION : Danger of explosion may occur if battery is incorrectly replaced.

Connect the 75 OHM coaxial cable from the antenna to the antenna socket on the rear
panel, as shown above.
Note:
For better reception, especially in outlying areas or where ghost effect or interference occur,
an external roof-mounted antenna is recommended.
For UHF TV reception, use the specified UHF antenna. Consult a local AV technician.
When using 300 OHM flat cable, a 300 OHM-75 OHM adapter should be used for a
proper connection to the antenna jack (The adaptor is not supplied).

Connect the power plug to the household power outlet.


Press main power switch on TV unit (some models without power switch).
Thereafter press the [STANDBY] button to open or switch the receiver off.

Note:
Remove plug from the power outlet when not using it for a long period of time.

Input Source

● Press [ SOURCE ] button to display the input source list.


● Press [ ] button to select the input source you want .
● Press [ ENTER ] button to enter the selected source.

Menu operation

1. Press the [MENU] button to enter menu.


2. Press the [ ] button to select menu.
Press the [ENTER] to e nter.

Picture
● Picture Mode:
Select the favorite picture mode.
● Contrast/Brightness/Color/Sharpness/Hue:
Adjust picture settings.
Hue is only workable with NTSC system in AV mode.
● Noise Reduction:
You can clear up the input signal by setting the item.
● Color Temp:
Select the favorite color temperature.
● Aspect Ratio: Set the aspect ratio of the screen.
● DLC: Automatically adjust picture detail and brightness.

Sound
● Sound Mode:
Select the favorite sound mode.
● Bass: Adjust the low frequency sounds.
● Treble: Adjust the high frequency sounds.
● Balance: Adjust the level of sound coming from the left and
right speakers.
● AVC: Automatically adjusts volume when chang programs
or channels.
● SPDIF: Set output format of the coaxial audio.
● Surround: Select to ON/OFF.
● Audio Only : P lay audio only with the video turned off.

Channel

Note: The Channel Menu is available only in TV mode.

● Antenna Type: Select the antenna type.


● Auto Scan: Searching programs automatically.
P ress [EXIT] to stop searching.
● Anolog Manual Scan: Searching the ATV programs by input
the frequency.
● Channel: Set the channel number.
● Color system: Select the color system.
● Sound System: Select the sound system.
● Frequency: Input the frequency of the channel.
● Digital Manual Scan: Searching the DTV programs by input
the frequency.

● Channel List: List the programs.

Press [MENU] button to Edit the Channel List.


● Move: Press to move channel position
● S kip: Press to skip the select channel.
(TV set will skip the channel automatically when using
CH+/- to view the channels.)
● Delete: Press to delete the channel.
● Rename: Press to enter the rename state.
● Fav: Add or Delete the channel to your favorite list.

● Preferences : Set your preference for audio.


● Hearing Impaired : Set On/ Off.
● Audio Description : Set On/ Off.
● Audio Language: Select the language supported by the
chosen digital channel. It is only available in DTV.
● Subtitle Language:
Select a subtitle language can be displayed.

Setting

● OSD Language: Set the OSD display language.


● Blue Screen: Set the background in blue or black when no signal input.
● PVR Setting: Insert storage device such as USB or TF card, and enter sub menu.
Press [PVR] button to start recording TV program, press [source] to stop recording.
Note: PVR is only workable in DTV mode.
● Teletext: Select teletext language.
● HDMI CEC Setup: Enter the sub menu.
● CEC : When this item is set to ON, CEC can be active.
● Tv Auto Power on : This item is set to ON, HDMI is connected to the signal
source (DVD), and both the signal source and TV are turned off. When the signal
source is turned on, TV turns on automatically and switches to the HDMI channel.
When this item is set to OFF, TV can not be turned on.
● Device Auto Power Off : This item is set to ON, HDMI is connected to the signal
source (DVD), and both the signal source and TV are turned on.
When TV is turned off, the signal source turns off automatically.
This item is set to OFF, TV is turned off, DVD can not be turned off.
● ARC : When this item is set to ON and the ARC function can be active.
TV transmits its audio directly to the amplifier receiver via the HDMI (1.4) cable.
Then TV remote control can adjust the volume of the amplifier receiver.
● Device List : Display device list.
● Device Menu : Display device menu.
● Reset: Restore the default setting.

● OSD Timer: Select OSD Timer .
● Sleep Timer: Select Sleep Timer.

PC Adjust
Connect the PC t erminal to computer, and select PC source.
● Auto Adjust: Automatically adjust.
● Horizontal Position: Shift the screen left or right.
● Vertical Position: Shift the screen up or down.
● Clock Phase: Adjust the internal signal phase.
● Sampling Clock: Adjust the internal sampling clock rate.

Main launcher

Press the [HOME] button to enter the main launcher.


Press [ ] to select the menu.
Press [ENTER] button to select or set .
Add the commonly-used application independently by selecting “+” on the home page.
Select one application and press [enter] for a long time to delete this application.
You can select and enter option [App List] to view all ready applications programs in this TV.
You also can install more applications downloaded from Internet.

Note:
● If the system space is insufficient during the installation of application programs, a
prompt will be given and the installation will become impossible. You are suggested to
uninstall some applications, in order to reserve sufficient space for new applications.
● Before operation, please check whether the network connection is available;
if the network condition is in a bad situation, pause or skip will appear during playing.
● The problem of slow loading or fail loading of the video played online caused by the
program server distribution shall be of irrelevance with this machine.

Select the [Settings] in the Main Menu to enter the System Setting.

Net mode: Select Wire net or Wireless.


Wire network:

Simple Troubleshooting

If the display fails or the performance dramatically changes, check the display in
accordance with the following instructions. Remember to check the peripherals to
pinpoint the source of the failure. If the display still fails to perform as expected,
contact the dealer for assistance.

Check the power connection.Pull the plug out, wait for 60 seconds,
