business? ANS:- We run a pharmacy and a supermarket named hyperlink, we are located near bismillah towers and the range of products we sell consists of groceries,medicines, cosmetic, crockery, and stationary items.
Q:-What is purpose behind this business?
ANS:- There are no such multipurpose stores within 5 kilometers of where our store is located, therefore we came up with the idea of a multipurpose store that offers a wide range of everything to the consumers for there convenience.
Q:-Any strategies to target customers?
ANS: Since customers never miss an opportunity to take advantage of a good offer, we make sure to give monthly deals on groceries or other things to attract them. In addition, we arrange lucky draws, which piques their interest.
Q:-How did you find your customers?
ANS:- Since there are predominantly buildings and other food outlets where we are currently located and no convenient store that offers all varieties, our customers are primarily those who live nearby who shop here daily for there day to day groceries.
Q:- How do you contact your customers or do your
customer profiling? ANS:- We have computer systems that record information about each of our regular customers, allowing us to get in touch with them in due to any transaction issues. Q:-What demography are your customers from? ANS:- Since we offer a wide range of goods, including crockery, stationary, and even basic groceries and prescriptions, our target market includes people of all ages. Our consumers range in age from young toddlers to elderly individuals.

ANS:- Understanding clients is essential to providing them with outstanding service, which in turn fosters long-lasting connections with them and generates additional sales through positive word-of-mouth recommendations. In addition, we may focus on the areas that customers value the most.

choose you? ANS:- Since we operate a 24-hour convenience store, our hours are more flexible than those of our competitors, allowing our customers to obtain basic necessities or medications in times of emergencies as well. Moreover,We ensure that our suppliers provide us with high-quality products that satisfy our consumers.

ANS:- We compensate the customers without requiring them to pay any additional money if they end up with any defected products. Additionally, we make sure that we are working with genuine suppliers that are reputable and supply us with dependable and high-quality products for our consumers.
