Personality Assessment MBA 2022-23

T his is a test of the way you do things and how you behave with people. You are given a sentence and you have to choose the
statement that describes the way you usually behave or feel. You must choose one of the statements even though on some
occasions the other statement could possibly also be true. T herefore, choose the statement that is true for you most of the
time.

Of the two alternative statements you are given, both are equally ‘good’ or ‘correct’. Neither is ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’. T hey are about
different ways that different people may behave and feel. You have to choose the statement that most describes you. Even
though the statements might not describe you exactly all of the time, make a choice that is generally most true for you.

T his test is not timed. However, it is best not to spend too long thinking about each item. Answer naturally in the way that is
true for you. Start when you are ready.

Based on your score your personality type will be shared and discussed with you in the session.
