    Dear Year 11,

    Re: Year 11 Yearbook & Leavers’ Hoodie 2021

    We are putting a yearbook together to remind you of your time at Passmores. This is an
    exciting project and will contain photographs of the year group along with anecdotes
    and lots of other items of interest. We will also be ordering leavers’ hoodies with names
    of everyone on the back and the opportunity for personalisation. The total cost of the
    Yearbook & Hoodie per student will be confirmed once the order has been
    made, however, based on previous years it will not cost more than £25 each: the
    more we order, the cheaper the cost.

    We understand that this may be a difficult time financially for some families in our
    community and we are keen to ensure that everyone who would like a Yearbook or
    Leavers’ hoodie has the opportunity to get one. If this is the case, please contact us to let
    us know and we can arrange an alternative payment plan.

    If you wish to order a yearbook or a leavers hoodie please pay the £10 deposit via
    Parent Pay or return the below slip in an envelop to reception clearly marked with
    “Yearbook/Hoodie Deposit” and the name of your daughter/son. (you can either pay
    by ParentPay, cash or by cheque made payable to P.C.L.C).
