Reflection/Summative Analysis
Weight: 10%

Context/Background:
With all of the major deliverables complete, reflecting on individual successes and
opportunities for growth is an important skill to develop and refine. This assignment is
intended to guide you through that reflective practice and look for proof and evidence of
acheivement and effort.

Task:
For this assignment, you will download, review, and complete the self-reflection rubric.

- If you worked in a group, complete Rubric A.

Instructions:
 This task is to be completed individually.
 Download the appropriate rubric from the two options above.
 Review each criterion and identify the achievement level you feel best suits your
performance and contribution toward the group.
 Shade the appropriate achievement level green for each criterion.
 Provide evidence for your decision for each criterion in Column I.
Be specific and clear.
 When all criteria are assessed, save the file and upload it to Blackboard.
